Robert de Wit aka Genius started his DJ career in 1996, building up his reputation in the old school and hardcore scene. After performances at legendary events like back2school and Hard Bass, Genius discovered his love for freestyle music. Quickly developing his own unique sound and style within the freestyle genre since 2013, Genius' star has been rising ever since. After several releases at Basic Movements and Pow Records, he soon got noticed by the well-known Pussy Lounge label. His last two releases in 2017 together with LXCPR were released on Pussy Lounge Music. The tracks are called 'How We Do' and 'Party Don't Start' and both have been massive hits within the freestyle scene! Both tracks scored top spots in the Hardstyle.com Hard Dance Top 40 for multiple weeks and got more than 500.000 plays on Spotify. In 2018 Genius will continue to deliver smashing hits to the crowd!

Performance-wise, Genius is known for being one of the most energetic people on stage, bringing joy to every crowd he has ever played in front of. With multiple performances at events like Defqon.1 Festival, Pussy Lounge, Decibel, Intents Festival and Emporium, Genius is ready to take the next step in his career and show the crowd how it's really done.
