Speciaal voor de vijftiende editie van Dance Valley presenteren Heineken, hyves, UDC en Nulaz de Dance Valley Mobile Map; een vooruitstrevend programma voor op je mobiel waarmee je op Dance Valley alles kan vinden: van je favoriete DJ’s tot de dichtstbijzijnde bar. Het programma heeft tevens een GPS functie. Hiermee zie je altijd waar je bent op de kaart, wat de kaart heel makkelijk in gebruik maakt. 82

De maand juli van 2009 zal een maand zijn waarin Electronation weer veel van zich laat horen, ja, zelfs een definitieve stempel drukt op de hele maand. Electronation viert niet alleen zijn zevende verjaardag in zowel de legendarische Paradiso in Amsterdam als de Woodstock in Bloemendaal aan Zee, maar heeft een grote aanwezigheid op het Dance Valley Festival (4 areas!) en een eigen Electronation Festival Afterparty (VIVa La Afterparty). 3

Ieder jaar is er vlak voor de komende Dance Valley weer hetzelfde ritueel. De line-up is uitgeprint en doorgespit, de timetable kritisch uitgepluist en een uitgebreid plan ligt klaar waarin staat welke dj in welke area absoluut gezien moet worden. Tegelijkertijd wordt uitgezocht hoe laat je daar weg moet zijn om op tijd bij de volgende must-see te komen. Maar als je vervolgens op Dance Valley aankomt en je de mysterieuze tenten ziet, de uitbundige parades en acts, de opwindende open-air stages en alles daar omheen ben je het hele plan alweer vergeten..... 70
Drie speciale acties rond Dance Valley 2009
11 juni 2009
Op 11 juli 2009 zal Dance Valley haar vijftiende editie beleven in het prachtige recreatiegebied Spaarnwoude in de gemeente Velsen. Tijdens deze vijftien jaar heeft de goede samenwerking tussen organisator UDC en de gemeente Velsen er voor gezorgd dat een kleinschalig festival gericht op een (toen) nieuwe muziekstijl kon uitgroeien tot één van de meest toonaangevende dance events ter wereld. 39
Met zeventien verschillende area's verspreid over het hele festivalterrein is het programma tot de nok toe gevuld. Bovendien zal UDC dit jaar extra aandacht geven aan het speciale, het creatieve en het onverwachte in The Breeding Ground. De vijftiende editie van Dance Valley zal in het teken staan van beleving. 201
Dance Valley Festival zal dit jaar plaats vinden op zaterdag 11 juli 2009. Het is inmiddels de vijftiende editie van dit wereldberoemde festival en is nog altijd één van de hoogtepunten van het festivalseizoen. 39
