AIRFORCE Festival wint rechtszaak en gaat dus door

Dinsdag meldden we dat er een rechtszaak was aangespannen tegen de organisatie van AIRFORCE omdat er zeldzame vleermuizen op het terrein waren aangetroffen. Vandaag diende de zaak en AIRFORCE heeft gewonnen: 'Wij waren er altijd al van overtuigd en zojuist heeft de Rechter het bevestigd. Art of Dance en Absolutely Fresh openen zaterdag aanstaande de poorten van Luchtmachtbasis Twenthe voor de eerste editie van AIRFORCE Festival!' 10
Twee natuurorganisaties slepen de organisator van een groot dance-evenement bij Enschede voor de rechter omdat de dreunende beats een aanslag vormen op het leefklimaat van een aantal zeldzame dieren, waaronder de vale vleermuis. Het gaat om de eerste editie van het AIRFORCE Festival, dat komend weekend wordt gehouden op het terrein van de vroegere Vliegbasis Twenthe. Aangezien er intussen al zo'n 10.000 kaarten zijn verkocht, dreigt voor de organisatie een financiële dreun. 29

Het onmogelijke wordt realiteit deze zomer: op 6 augustus combineren Art of Dance en Absolutely Fresh hun expertise voor het nieuwe event AIRFORCE Festival. Dit nieuwe concept zal plaatsvinden op militaire vliegbasis Twenthe in Enschede. Verspreid over zes area's zullen hardcore, raw-hardstyle, freestyle en andere hardcore-subgenres vertegenwoordigd zijn. Hangars, een enorme strip, bunkers, wrede oorlogsgebieden, radartorens en nog veel meer zullen onderdeel zijn van het 'slagveld' tijdens AIRFORCE Festival. 15

Kakzooi partyvervoer heeft de busreis vanuit Rotterdam geannuleerd en Eventtravel gaat ook niet meer vanuit Rotterdam.

toen de vliegbasis is verkocht stond in het bestemmingsplan jaren geleden al dat er evenementen op het terrein mogen worden gehouden, waaronder dus festivals.
bovendien is de vergunning gewoon afgegeven.
als klap op de vuurpijl heeft die stichting een EIGEN onderzoek gedaan.
zulke extreem groene organisaties kennende liegen ze vrijwel altijd alles bij elkaar.
iedere boeren lul kan een eigen onderzoek doen vol leugens en dan naar de rechter gaan.
bovendien is de vergunning gewoon afgegeven.

Time-table is ook lekker optijd. Of zal dit donderdag pas online komen als die uitspraak is geweest?
Mensen, wegens omstandigheden ben ik genoodzaakt om mijn 3 tickets te moeten verkopen. Ze mogen weg voor 100 euro de drie. By interesse, stuur ff een pm'tje. 👍

OV is niet mogelijk, komen we na het festival niet meer terug.
Bus Breda ook zo goed als niet mogelijk, zouden we heel vroeg weg moeten om eerst met metro en trein naar Breda te gaan en dan terugweg maar hopen dat we laatste trein kunnen halen.
Hoe bedoel je vanaf welke kant je van Rotterdam komt?
Mensen ten zuiden/oosten van Rotterdam kunnen beter via Breda o.i.d. gaan en ten oosten/noorden meer richting de kant Den Haag gaan. Heb het trouwens niet vaak meegemaakt dat er niks vanaf Rotterdam gaat via Eventtravel, ach. Dan maar via Utrecht

Ik ben erachter gekomen dat vandaag de rechtszaak in Zwolle is, hoe laat heb ik nog niet kunnen vinden. Ik dacht ergens 18:00 uur gelezen te hebben, maar dat weet ik niet zeker.
