Defqon.1 vindt traditiegetrouw plaats halverwege juni en wel op zaterdag de 12e. Als de klok 11 uur slaat gaan de deuren open en we rocken met 40.000 vrienden het zonnige Almere Strand tot 11 uur 's avonds. De kaartverkoop start op zaterdag 17 april om 13:00 uur en kaarten zullen te koop zijn via Q-dance.nl. Doormiddel van een nieuw systeem komt iedereen, net als bij de bakker, in een virtuele rij te staan en wordt je eerlijk op volgorde geholpen. 244
