Geldigheid tickets Defqon.1 Festival 2009

Door een fout bij Ticketonline is het mogelijk geweest dat er afgelopen zaterdag boekingen voor Defqon.1 Festival 2009 zijn gemaakt zonder voorinschrijvingscode. Ticketonline betreurt ten zeerste dat dit heeft kunnen gebeuren. Hiervoor heeft Ticketonline Q-dance dan ook haar oprechte excuses aangeboden. De tickets die geboekt zijn zonder gebruik van de codes zouden eigenlijk geannuleerd moeten worden, maar Q-dance heeft besloten de fans niet te willen teleurstellen. Dankzij Q-dance zullen alle betaalde, ontvangen tickets dus geldig blijven voor Defqon op 13 juni 2009. 262
