dikke industrial set zoals thunderdome ?


Voor zover ik tracklist heb gezien is er die hele avond op TD geen enkele industrial plaat gedraait. Laat staan door deze twee. Eigen producties zijn gewoon mainstream maar anders dan de rest. Evengoed is het niet ondenkbaar dat Sebas deze nacht wat Rude Awakening of N-Vitral plaatjes er doorheen gaat gooien. ;)

Zozo.. als je ze weer tegenkomt, vraag dan even welke plaat uit dit rijtje industrial mag worden genoemd. Vanuit Neophyte en Traxtorm perspectief kan ik nog wel begrijpen dat mensen het die stempel geven. Maar als je wat breder in muziek bent georiënteerd en bijvoorbeeld bekend bent met Footworxx kan je dit onmogelijk industrial noemen. Of ik heb ergens een les gemist dat TTM dat per definitie is. :s

Exchanging thoughts in form of a discussion doesn't mean it would result in stress in my opinion. At least it's not my intention nor Donny's I think. Most of the time convincing the other person is not the main thing, but more in seeing things differently from another perspective.

Of course it doesn't really matter what the sound of Sebas is called, it's all about the quality of music itself. But on the other hand some distinction is necesary because people nowadays, at least in Holland, are interested in specific parts of the big hardcore pie. When they get something else what is expected, they get disapointed. This is mostly the case when people are only used to the mainstream part. In my opinion a narrowminded view, because every style or part has it's good things or bad things. Experimental or commercial. But this view is a thing which almost cannot be stopped. That's why I like this mainstage already because it covers almost every aspect of the hardcore nowadays. (Y) At least with Footworxx it's still possible. :)

Is ook geen punt.;) In de beleving kan iets altijd wel anders aanklinken. Maar als je zo'n zeven jaar naar feesten gaat en nog langer intensief in de muziek verdiept ga je hier en daar wel wat gedefinieerder kijken. Zeggen de tracks je uberhaupt wat?
