THE GLOBAL HARDCORE GATHERING
The theme of the forthcoming Nightmare edition is ‘The Global Hardcore Gathering’. Hardcore has evolved into a globally spread phenomenon over the years and firmly established itself as an underground movement to be reckoned with.
Next to the Present Hardcore and the Early Hardcore areas, Nightmare will present a special, fully equipped chill and fun area for those hardcore heads who need a break of the hardcore massacre. The chill and fun area will be duly decorated to compliment the theme of this Nightmare edition and will have a lot of surprises in store.
VIP
For this Nightmare edition, an asset to the previous editions will be the extra VIP deck. Pre-sales of the limited amount of VIP tickets will start, just like the Early Birds tickets, on Monday the 11th of July. The VIP deck guarantees a first class view on the mainstage (Present Hardcore) and will have the following privileges: separate VIP entrance (no more waiting in line), a free T-shirt, a separate bar, a separate toilet, a Lockerbox free of charge and an exclusive “Welcome to Nightmare” drink. Overigens vind ik het maar raar dat men als Gabber of Hardcore fan zijnde een feest in 020 zou verkiezen boven deze Rotterdam Gabber klassieker !

Omdat het misschien een rotterdamse gabber klassieker is betekent nog niet dat het een beter feest moet zijn dan een andere feest. Dit is hetzelfde als bijvoorbeeld de 21 jarige mensen die bij Thunderdome lopen te posten van 'Thunderdome is en blijft toch Thunderdome'.
Slaat nergens op, je gaat toch na een feest omdat het je vet lijkt of omdat je weet dat het een gruwelijk feest is, en al helemaal niet uit deze leeftijdscatogorie van jou. Dat het voor jou een gewoonte is dat kan best zo wezen, maar dat betekent niet dat het raar is dat mensen niet na het allang vergaande succes van Nightmare zou moeten gaan. Maar goed..

was een keer op zo'n feestje, volgens mij ergens in de buurt van eindhoven. stond lekker te lullen met zon kerel en ineens werd ie pissig toen ik zei dat ik in rotterdam woonde (hij had het niet op feyenoord, of met andere woorden, op '010')

Ja het is nou eenmaal zo, heeft hoogstwaarschijnlijk te maken met die booking agencies en welke organisatie eerst was met contacteren en dergelijke dus vandaar.... Ken ik ook zeggen dat ik het helemaal niet snap waarom er überhaupt een Hardcore feest in het softe trancekutjes en hoog aantal dagjesmensen tellende amsterdam word gehouden en waarom bepaalde DJ's niet naar deze Rotterdam Gabberklassieker komen maar wel naar pandemonium daar ergens in 020.
Het is nou eenmaal zo en laten we er allemaal maar gewoon het beste van maken.
Ik ben best blij met deze line-up ook al moet ik toegeven dat ie beter kon maar laten we ons maar concentreren op het positieve zeg ik dan en dat is natuurlijk RTC live (sowieso !
) , Paul Elstak , Ruffneck , Bountyhunter , Day-Màr , Stunned Guys , Art of Fighters , Shadowland Terrorists en Angerfist (die blijkbaar over en weer zal reizen van Rotterdam naar amsterdam of andersom ) alleen jammer dat Partyraiser er niet bij is maar op zijn beuksets zullen we nog vaak op andere feesten kennen hakken, rammen en helemaal lossss gaan dus ik zou gewoon zeggen laten we gewoon gezamenlijk helemaal uit ons dak gaan op deze Nightmare en laat zien dat het eg wél de moeite is om naar Nightmare te gaan Gabberen en doe dit klassieke HC evenement alle eer aan !laatste aanpassing

Was in de jaren '90 de gewoonte dat men hun stadsembleem of stadsnaam op hun bomber of sweater zou zette en men ging toen ook geregeld in voetbalshirt naar een Hardcore feest/Rave dus vandaar is het zowat ontstaan....
Tegenwoordig kom je bijna nergens meer binnen met voetballogo's , emblemen en dergelijke....
