Op elke +8 release staat "Rotterdam" gedrukt, voor distributie denk ik.

Nope, Probe is toch echt de originele.
Kijk maar op je Stealth release, daar wordt gerefereerd naar Pulse-8 het moederlabel van Probe.
Daarnaast is de enige andere release van Public Energy ook op Probe gereleased.
Ook heb je die verzamelaar op NovaMute die Probe Mission 2 heet waarop 303 + plus drie andere Probe releases staan.
En daarnaast wordt er op diverse repressen op verzamelaars en de 2006 remix verwezen naar +8 danwel Probe.

Nou....

Ik weet dat nog wel eens niet zo zeker hoor. Ik krijg steeds meer de neiging te zeggen dat Stealth de originele is. De stealth release mag refereren naar de Probe release, maar wellicht alleen omdat Jochem destijds een platencontract had bij Plus 8 Records.

Er is namelijk een promo op stealth verschenen (niet makkelijk om daar aan te komen trouwens, want er zijn waarschijnlijk nog maar weinig van). En vermoedelijk is het zo geweest, dat Plus 8 Jochem 'uitgeleend' heeft aan Stealth om daar die Hemi-Sync op uit te brengen, maar dat er bij vermeld werd op de stealthplaat dat Jochem die plaat daarop mocht uitbrengen met toestemming van Probe/Plus 8. De promo op Stealth zegt namelijk niet over het Probe gebeuren (oke hoeft ook niet op zich omdat het een promo is).

Maar de kans is nog wel eens aanwezig, dat hij echt als eerst op stealth is uitgebracht. Ben namelijk nog nooit een promo op probe er van tegen gekomen, en meestal is het zo (tenminste mijn eigen ervaringen) dat als een plaat gelicenseerd is er niet ook nog eens eerst een promo uitkomt voordat de officiele release verschijnt.

Ik weet het ook niet zeker, hehe. Maar mijn gevoel zegt Probe. Ik vind het ook qua stijl veel meer een Probe plaat dan een Stealth plaat, Stealth is toch wat "liever" en Probe heeft juist dat rauwe geluid. We zouden het J. Paap eens moeten vragen denk ik, wordt alleen niet wijs uit zijn site. Stomme interactieve gedoe van tegenwoordig allemaal.
