De legendarische 12,5 jarig-bestaansfestiviteiten met grandioze sets van oa Basement Jaxx, Remy en beestachtige debutant Benny Rodrigues liggen al enkele maanden achter ons. Met de danspasjes nog vers in het geheugen is het hoog tijd voor de volgende… tijdens het Amsterdam Dance Event met misschien wel de meest bijzondere editie van O.W.A.P. ooit…
LOCATIE
We hebben een nieuwe gloednieuwe locatie!!! WAREHOUSE 22 in aan de Asterweg 22. Een nog nooit eerder gebruikte loods voor feesten! Wij waren meteen verliefd toen we binnenwandelden. ADE 2015 is een primeur.
LINE UP
De naam zegt meer dan 1000 woorden: MASTERS AT WORK!
De onbetwiste grootmeesters zijn na maar liefst 9 jaar terug in Nederland en komen de boel flink op de kop zetten! Hoe? Met een speciale 25 jaar Masters at Work jubileum-set! Dit duo bestaande uit LOUIE VEGA en KENNY DOPE (ook als MAW, Hardrive, Nuyorican Soul, KenLou en vele andere aliassen) heeft met ruim 1500(!!!) tracks, edits, remixen en side projects een onovertroffen lijst van muzikale meesterwerken. De rij met de groten der aarde die door deze heren geremixt wilden worden was daardoor eindeloos. Michael Jackson, Madonna, Daft Punk, Jamiroquai, Donna Summer, Janet Jackson en meer. Daarbovenop zijn het ook nog eens 2 van de meest begaafde DJ’s op deze wereld! Beatmaster KENNY DOPE is ook bekend als The Bucketheads met de absolute klassieker “The Bomb”. Hij heeft alle Owappers al eens in compleet waanzinnige extase gebracht met misschien wel de beste O.W.A.P. set ooit. Nu heeft hij zijn muzikale wederhelft en mede-master bij zich! Komt dat zien, horen, voelen en vooral ervaren. Ze zullen ons een lesje leren… een house lesje!
Alsof dat niet genoeg is niemand meer, en vooral niemand minder, dan de legendarische TODD ‘THE GOD’ TERRY ook van de acidpartij! De publiekslieveling van O.W.A.P. is terug! Met een speciale house/techno/acid set waar je spontaan acidgebedjes van gaat voor meer van deze housegod! Als hij zijn ‘Can You Feel It’ de Warehouse in blaast, smilen alle smiley’s spontaan harder. Een once-in-a-lifetime-chance om beide acts die de US house/Garage hebben gevormd naar wat het is, samen op 1 avond mee te maken! De cirkel van acid is rond!
Naast dit ongelooflijke geweld aan grootheid uit New York hebben we natuurlijk ook Hollands glorie. De koning van de Nederlandse clubs DIMITRI zal een exclusieve lange opwarmset doen. Dat is nog eens een binnenkomer! REMY mag ook niet ontbreken. De DJ’s DJ die gerust een draaitafelkorset genoemd kan worden, zo pijnlijk strak zijn mixen en dj sets zijn. Altijd feest, altijd prijs! De grote man achter de legendarische Club Risk feesten en de MVP van de kleine zaal bij afgelopen O.W.A.P, MIKE RISK maakt de line-up compleet. Gegarandeerd dansplezier!
Uiteraard wordt de boel bij elkaar gehouden door de enige echte oer-Hollandse house Diva MISS BUNTY en de andere host van de avond, THE ORIGINAL CONFETTMAN zorgt er met alle plezier voor dat de hele boel compleet uit elkaar wordt getrokken met confetti, rook, stroboscopen en meer geweld in de vorm van pure liefde!

Celebrating the great days from yesteryear of house, acid and techno with smashing house classics sets of Basement Jaxx, DJ Deep, mix-meister Benny Rodrigues and many more. While we still remember the dance moves we made, it’s the highest time for the next one during the Amsterdam Dance Event with perhaps the most special edition of O.W.A.P. EVER...

We have a new brand new location, never-before-used for parties!!!! WAREHOUSE 22 on Asterweg 22 in the vibrant north side of Amsterdam. It was love at first sight. What a marvellous place!

The undisputed masters are back in the Netherlands after nine years and ready to tear the roof off! How? With a special 25-year anniversary Masters at Work set! This duo consisting LOUIE VEGA and KENNY DOPE; aka MAW, Hardrive, Nuyorican Soul, KenLou and many other aliases. With more than 1500 (!!!) tracks, edits, remixes and side projects their list of musical masterpieces is unsurpassed. The world’s greatest who wanted to be remixed by these gentlemen was endlessly: Michael Jackson, Madonna, Daft Punk, Jamiroquai, Donna Summer, Janet Jackson and countless more. Who doesn’t know “The Bucketheads - The Bomb"? Well that’s Kenny Dope’s! On top of all, these are two of the most talented DJ's in the world!

If his 'Can You Feel It "blows through the Warehouse, all smileys will smile more instantly!
