After hosting a stage at Tomorrowland and Rampage Open Air, Star Warz is back at their home-base, Vooruit in Ghent. This time, they are joining forces with the dopest drum & bass record labels out there: Dispatch Recordings and Flexout Audio.
Dispatch Recordings is one of the biggest D&B labels, based in the United Kingdom. From 1996 and onwards to 1998 'Dispatch' formed a series of tracks from the Hidden Agenda brothers that appeared on Goldie's Metalheadz imprint. In 2001, Ant TC1 along with Hidden Agenda, founded 'Dispatch' the record label. Over many years, the label has gone on to release music from the likes of Stress Level & Ant TC1, AI, Total Science, Zero T, Survival, Chris.SU, Marcus Intalex, Cern, DLR & Break and more. Remixes from the likes of Polar, XRS, Commix, Xtrah, Blocks & Escher, Mako, SCAR and Lenzman to name a few, along with numerous various artist albums and standalone artist concept album projects. Fast forward to 2015 and Ant TC1 is solely responsible for the running & label manager role of Dispatch Recordings.
Flexout Audio is a London based record label established in 2011 owned and run by label founder, Tom Bassi and recent 2017 team addition, Andy Tweedale (formerly one half of Amoss). The label's sound has always specialised in the deeper, darker side of Drum and Bass music, now being recognised in the scene as a key advocate of the growing sound of stripped back, yet intensely heavy beats. Home to early releases from the likes of Philth, Ed:It, Hyroglifics, Arkaik, Mystic State, and Monty. Over the last few years, Flexout Audio has continued to go from strength to strength with a slew of releases from the ever growing roster of artists, international label events and a continued driven approach to pushing the style that makes Flexout Audio stand out as an individual force within Drum and Bass.

Ant TC1
Ant TC1 along with Hidden Agenda founded Dispatch Recordings back in 2001. His first release alongside frequent production partner Stress Level appeared on Dispatch after almost 3 years of hard work. After their first release hit the stores, they quickly picked up a wealth of DJ support across their early material and went on to release for a list of established Drum & Bass record labels including the likes of Renegade, CIA, Advanced, Critical Records Integral, Liquid V, Commercial Suicide, Good Looking Records, Bingo Beats and Samurai Music. Fast forward to 2015 and Ant is now responsible for the label management roles of both Metalheadz & Dispatch Recordings. Having released a compilation series on Dispatch, the hugely successful “Transit One†& “Transit Two†albums. Ant has recently remixed material for the likes of Cern & Dabs, Sunchase, Quadrant & Iris, Friske as well as having his own solo work remixed by Xtrah along with working on further collabs with the likes of Survival & DLR.
Arkaik
Somewhere deep in the Surrey hills, armed only with a laptop, a few choice records and a bucket load of creativity and ambition Peter Goebel AKA Arkaik began his career within drum and bass. Fast forward 15 years and Arkaik has since become a pioneer for the stripped back and half time sound. As an original, core artist for the infamous label Diffrent Music, Arkaik saw his first major release 'Stress Relief/Second Bass' in 2010 gaining him instant recognition. During his success with Diffrent Music, Arkaik managed to propel his status further when he won the Octane & DLR remix competition hosted by the mighty Dispatch Recordings. In 2014 Arkaik made the bold decision to move to Shanghai & started focusing more on dance floor stripped back drum n bass. Since being based there he completed tours of China, Australia, Japan, Taiwan and played throughout Europe. He had his debut release on Flexout Audio entitled "My Love EP" and his groundbreaking "Shapes EP" for Dispatch Limited.
Bassi
Bassi began DJ'ing in 2006 after building up an extensive vinyl collection of classic drum and bass records. It was in 2008 whilst at University Bassi became a promoter and started "Flexout" at Lincolns Studen Union: Engine Shed. He bought the likes of Andy C, Roni Size, Shy FX, High Contrast, Spectrasoul & Breakage to the City and in 2011 turned the popular club night into a record label (Flexout Audio) releasing early music from friends Ed:it, Philth, Kasra, Spyda, dRamatic & dBaudio. With a vision to form a core group of exciting new artists pushing drum and bass from the deep end Bassi continuously improved the output and brand of his record label which is now a household name to junglists over the globe.
Black Barrel
The multi genre background of drum & bass artist Black Barrel (Evgenii) has helped him encompass a full spectrum of influences throughout his slick sonic cuts. The first time Black Barrel was introduced to the versatile 174bpm world was through the "Pirate Station" program on Russian channel "Radio Record". It was the "World of Drum & Bass" party in 2014 which would eventually solidify his path. Here he met Alexander Nami; a sound engineer working across a variety of clubs, he had access to pioneer decks, where Evgenii was introduced to the equipment and taught the basics of DJing. His growing experience with the deeper vibes began to serve as a basis for his discovery of imprints like Dispatch Recordings. More recently he released his 3rd EP "Labyrinthâ" on Dispatch Recordings, demonstrating the ruminations of artists like DLR and Break. His release "Still Fucking Warm" on DLR's Sofa Sound has continued to set a standard, one which has been gaining momentum on each one of his outputs. And having just begun his journey, Black Barrel epitomises the new breed of producer, bringing with him the contemporary styles and stylistic roots which made the genre originally so recognisable.
Data 3
Data 3's signature sound, defined by blistering bass-lines, techno inspired arps, and melodic yet twisting progression's has earned them immense recognition in the past year. From the infamous bootleg's, their debut E.P and features on compilations such as 'Drum and Bass Arena 2018', it has been an epic year of solid releases for the boys who have no plans to slow down now.

DJ, producer and promoter from Antwerp, Belgium. Curator and resident of the drum&bass orientated nights at Ampere club Antwerp. Working with imprints like Exit Records, Signature Records, 1985 Music, Deep Medi Musik, Shogun Audio, .. Figures has been playing sets in cities like LA, London, Manchester, Berlin, Paris,.. on events like Tomorrowland, Star Warz, Sunbeatz, Jungle Mania,.. as co-founder of City Flow Music since 2010.
Mc Focus
Considered by many to be a relatively fresh face in the world of Drum and Bass, MC Fokus is no stranger to the stage. As the MC of choice for some of the scenes best DJ's & producers, Fokus has spent years building a strong name as a versatile host and competent lyricist. He is now the resident voice of Dispatch Recordings and Renegade Hardware. Integral record labels - Cylon, Samurai and Ingredients - have used Fokus to represent their sound. A quick look at his discography shows a wealth of collaborations alongside a range of artists. Whether live on stage or in the studio, Fokus always delivers.
Medic Mc
Medic MC is a versatile, London-raised, Bristol-based lyricist/host and a core resident of various club nights including Alternate, and others across the South West as well as being a member of Rotations. He is currently working on a number of releases with established artists, launched his new MC-focused mix series 'New Horizons' and is fast gaining respect as one of Bristol's most talented hosts in the club scene.
Nymfo
A true DJ at heart with many years of experience under his belt, Nymfo has established himself as a strong presence in Drum & Bass with his fine-tuned skills in the studio and on the decks. Based in Amsterdam, Nymfo aka Bardo Camp, came to prominence as part of the now legendary Red Zone crew, and has released tracks on almost every major label in Drum & Bass over the course of his career. His reputation is secured as one of the scene's most versatile and hardworking artists. In 2019 he released his sophomore LP, "Pictures On Silence", on Dispatch Recordings.
One87 & MC Mush
Resident One87 will obviously also be present and do what he does best, give the Star Warz fans exactly what they came for: edgy and full on Drum & Bass at its best. And MC Mush will perfectly join him on that graveyard quest. Together or apart, they played at clubs and festivals all over the country and beyond. However, most legendary are the traditional graveyard sessions at their home-base: the Star Warz nights in Ghent, Belgium.
QZB
Anyone thirsting for conventional sounds is at the wrong address. QZB roll up Drum'n'Bass anew - precise, focused and with a dynamic that is infectious. Since 2012, they have been putting their heads together and constantly working on the perfection of their recipes. The impressive interim result: sold out club nights by the metre, festival appearances all over Europe and releases on the hottest label for visions of the future, Critical Music.
Visionobi
Visionobi is one of the scene's brightest talents. Immersed in drum and bass from an early age, it is no surprise that this Rogue Jedi's expressive and dynamic approach has gained him the respect of many of his peers and enabled him to tour Europe extensively. Since first picking up a microphone, he has hosted for the likes of Metalheadz, Hospital, Ram, Dispatch, Critical, Shogun, Spearhead, Symmetry, UKF, Drum&BassArena, Exit, Soul:ution, CIA, FabricLive, Soul:vent, as well as a plethora of festival brands and established promoters. 2015 saw his first official release on Dispatch Recordings, whilst 2016 has seen his vocals showcased on Metalheadz & Siren Audio. The future looks bright with releases on Metalheadz, Dispatch & Horizons imminent and Cyberfunk & Shogun potentially coming to fruition. Since hosting for Wilkinson through 2013 & 2014 and winning "Best Newcomer MC" at the 2013 Drum & Bass Arena Awards, Visionobi has established himself as one of the respected MC's within the deeper realms of Drum & Bass.
