Biography
Noneoftheabove is a DJ and Producer from Rotterdam, Netherlands. He has
been producing technosince his mid-teens but it wasn't until 2015 that he
played hisfirst show as Noneoftheabove. Noneoftheabove represents "Straightforward techno", as he likes tocall it, paired with industrial, Hard techno
and one of his main sources of inspiration: schranz, amerciless type of
techno born in Germany in thefirst half of the 90s. He sees electronicmusic
as a tool for breaking limits, always aspiring to create new innovative
ways not justin the studio but also as a DJ. Valuing the difficult art of
actually getting people to dance,he comes as an experienced artist,
handling festival and club venues globally with aprecise manner, preferring
tofill his sets with the same kind of raw energy as his ownproductions. In
2016, he launchedTheAbove Records, a platform to share his ownvision of
electronic music, choosing sharply curated non-genre bound tracks influencedby
the same hard, machine-driven, infected techno he loves. 2023 will also be
his debut year at Awakenings, Tomorrowland and Extrema Outdoor.
