Luigi Madonna is an high-flying dj-producer from Caserta. He is 25 years old and he is numbered among the hottest name of Campania Techno district. His brief story starts in second mid of 90's, when still young, he begins playing with his first decks in his home garage. His passion rise from an wild attraction for the entertaining electronic music and for any type of groove drawn from his soul. A natural beat appeal, which springs him to more important sounds than a simple house box room ones. So, what at first seems a pure hobby, takes soon a new outline. In fact, in the immediate 1999, the name of this just fourteen-year-old Neapolitan disk-jockey, appears by now on many flyers of the most fashionable clubs of the moment. Above all, the club Impero II in Licola (Naples), which give him, without any hesitation, the commands of its own console. They were sure that they had just caught a young great talent. In 2002 it is the turn of the History Club in Aversa (Caserta), where Luigi Madonna worm up the performances for Tania Vulcano, Justin Drake e Chicken Lips. That is the age of House music and salsa deep scene, as somebody would say: the last fireworks for this kind of music, which is designed, with the new oncoming millennium, to get to a slow but inexorable transformation. During these years, Madonna, live hard the so-called "scene", showing a deep artistic sensibility toward the beating on 4/4, even opened to any new possible rhythmic renovation. In 2006, the interest of this nice master controller, turn to the so-called techno-minimal music, getting mixed up permanently, among the most experienced producer such as Joseph Capriati, Par Grindvik, Dominik Eulberg, Argy, Ben Sims – just to mention some of them. This way, he starts to collect a significant mass of important attendance in the famous Old River Club of Limatola (Caserta), showcase; everything is related to a sensibility for the effect modulation out of the choir, which place him always to the right place at the right moment. The remarkable Rino Cerrone's Loose Record, will soon bet on this guy's potentiality. The label is ready to offer the young blazing pitch dj-producer, a life chance. Therefore in 2009 "Madonna ep" will mark out Luigi Madonna entrance in the Neapolitan Techno world. From now on, the career of the dj-producer, focuses on live activity. He is now demanded by Ausonia in Trieste, Altro Mondo in Rimini (featuring Dave Clarke) up to the fantastic club Egg in London, together with his friend Markantonio. Currently, Luigi Madonna is working on a collaboration project with the labels Analytic Trail, MKT and Material. Just with the latter, Madonna recently released an engrossing 12", "Material 001". Another deserving relevance record is the exciting single "7 Swords", which has been selected for the compilation "Napoli Connection" on Drumcode. Ends in 2011 with his debut on Plus 8 Sensation EP
