Op zaterdag 6 februari 2010 was de tweede editie van Hard Bass in GelreDome Arnhem. Vier DJ teams, te weten Green, Blue, Yellow en Red, wisten twintig duizend partybezoekers uit hun dak te krijgen. Direct na het feest verscheen de aftermovie online, die inmiddels alleen al op YouTube bijna vijftigduizend keer is bekeken! Nu, twee weken na het evenement, is het gehele party report online. Deze 25 minuten durende special is gratis te downloaden in HD kwaliteit en kun je dus zelf branden op DVD om bij de rest van je verzameling te zetten! 122

This year’s Hard Bass anthem will be composed by none other than Zany and The Beholder. The Hard Bass trailer had already featured an excerpt that prompted enthusiastic responses.
Naturally, the track will be played during the evening, and will also be included on the Hard Bass CD which will be released that night. Just like last year, this release will contain 4 CDs, mixed using the amazing talents of Crypsis, Wildstylez, Tatanka and Noisecontrollers
One artist has been specially selected from each team to be responsible for the CD mix representing their team’s colour.

Once again, a special line of merchandising products will be designed for this edition of Hard Bass. Be sure to check the b2s merchandise stand at the back of the venue for zippered sweatshirts, T-shirts and other b2s goodies!

Lockers
Lockers will be available for hire at Hard Bass, and are located at the entrance to the GelreDome. These may be used to store jackets and bags. The deposit is € 5 and will be refunded to you upon return of the locker key. You will not have access to your locker during the event.
Smoking policy
On 1 July 2008, the smoking ban took effect in the Dutch hospitality industry. As an organisation, b2s is also required to comply with this policy. The GelreDome is a sports stadium where smoking is prohibited. Smoking is only permitted outdoors under the Eastern grandstand. A heated tent will be set up at this location to accommodate the smokers as much as possible.
Drugs
The organisation complies with the local policy enforced by the Arnhem Police. This is a zero-tolerance policy. Be careful what you bring with you; thorough searches will be performed under police supervision.
Cameras
(Digital single-lens reflex) photographic equipment is permitted for everyone. Non-professional video cameras are also permitted.
Identification
The minimum age is 18. In the event of doubt, a visitor may be asked to produce identification proving his or her age. Bring valid proof of identification with you so that you do not risk being refused entry on the basis of your age. Valid proof of identification includes a driving licence, valid passport, or (Dutch) identity card. Please bear in mind you may also be asked to present identification at the bar.
Parking
Various car parks will be open for the event which provide ample parking facilities for visitors. Follow the signs marked “Parkeren GelreDome”. For further information, please visit the website www.gelredome.nl
Public transportThe GelreDome is very easy to get to by public transport. If you are travelling by train, go to the Arnhem station, and continue by shuttle bus to the GelreDome. A round-trip ticket for the shuttle bus may be purchased from the bus driver for € 3.00. For the return trip on Sunday 7 February, the NS (Dutch Railways) will be running extra and longer trains:

Hard Bass in GelreDome wederom groot succes
ARNHEM - Het jaarlijkse evenement Hard Bass is ook dit jaar zeer succesvol verlopen, zo laat organisator b2s weten. Het evenement dat dit jaar ca. 20.000 bezoekers wist te trekken, is hiermee één van de grootste dance-events van Nederland. Het was de tweede keer dat Hard Bass in GelreDome te Arnhem plaatsvond.
Achter de draaitafels stonden DJ's als Technoboy (Italië), D-Block & S-te-Fan (Nederland), Coone (België), Tatanka (Italië) en The Prophet (Nederland). Traditioneel werden vier DJ-teams samengesteld die gezamenlijk het publiek uit hun dak lieten gaan. Zowel artiesten als bezoekers ervaarden het evenement als een groot succes.
"Alles is perfect verlopen, de bezoekers hebben een uniek evenement kunnen ervaren en ook wij zijn zeer tevreden met deze editie van Hard Bass," aldus Vincent van der Heijden van organisator b2s: "In de afgelopen jaren is het evenement uitgegroeid tot een strak georganiseerde show waarin we werkelijk alles uit de kast trekken, Hard Bass is hét paradepaardje van b2s."
Aanhoudingen
Tijdens het evenement hield de politie in totaal 130 bezoekers aan, vrijwel allen voor drugsbezit, waaronder XTC, Cocaïne en Weed. De drugs werd door de politie direct in beslag genomen. Door de goede afspraken die vooraf met het Openbaar Ministerie waren gemaakt kregen de aangehouden personen direct een dagvaarding of een transactie aangeboden die zij moeten betalen.
Eerste hulp
Bij de eerste hulp zijn 89 geregistreerde zorgcontacten geweest, waarvan er 42 middelgerelateerde klachten waren, waarvan het merendeel alcohol betrof. Alle personen zijn na behandeling op eigen gelegenheid de eerste hulp post verlaten.

Hard Bass koos in 2009 voor het eerst GelreDome tot haar nieuwe thuisbasis, nadat het jarenlang in het SilverDome in Zoetermeer werd georganiseerd. De sterk stijgende populariteit van het evenement, plus de uitgebreidere mogelijkheden van het GelreDome, deed organisator b2s besluiten de overstap te maken naar Arnhem. Hard Bass is één van de meest spectaculaire feesten van het jaar in het GelreDome, zowel op visueel als op muzikaal gebied. Hard Bass is één van de jaarlijks terugkerende evenementen in GelreDome.
b2s zelf is opgericht in 2001. Anno 2010 mag B2S zich één van de marktleiders op het gebied van de harde dance stijlen noemen. Behalve Hard Bass geeft de organisatie ook evenementen als Decibel outdoor festival, Knock Out! en Thrillogy waar jaarlijks meer dan 150.000 bezoekers op afkomen.

Omdat ik geen zin heb om tijden het feestje last van mijn oren te krijgen, geen zin om van zondags smorgens tot vrijdags smiddags met een dikke piep in mijn oren te lopen! en geen zin in dat ik later slechter hoor

Dan moet je gewoon niet meer komen en de feestjes pakken die de oude plaatjes nog wat pakken.. Al het nieuwe geweld werd er heerlijk ingeknald!..

ik luister ALLES tussen trance en speedcore, maar ik heb idd geen hardcore gehoord hoor (gelukkig want daar kwam ik ook niet voor zaterdag)

wat ook weer een dom gezeik zeg of het nou wel of geen hardcore was
het was iig hard rammen en rossen laaste half uur
het hele feest was gewoon flink door beuken volgend jaar zeker weer aanwezig

Het was weer een mooi feest en op het laatst nog een interview moeten doen voor de Camera voor de dvd maar het feest is echt een herhaling waard volgend jaar weer
