Op 21 november 2009 presenteerde Q-dance de 17e editie van Qlimax in GelreDome, Arnhem. Deze editie, The Nature of our Mind, wordt voor het tweede jaar op rij uitgebracht in High Definition. Het digipack wordt in een speciale 3-disc editie uitgebracht. Dit pakket bevat naast de DVD en CD, een Blu-Ray met de Qlimax Live show in High Definition beeld. Naast Dolby Digital 5.1 kan nu ook gekozen worden voor een DTS-HD audio track voor de meest veeleisende liefhebber. 81

Het album is de officiële compilatie van het gelijknamige en inmiddels ruim van te voren uitverkochte evenement. De cd compilatie is gemixt door de ‘Music Made Addictz’, de makers van het anthem; D-Block & S-te-Fan. 124

Voor de 7e keer op rij keert het bekendste indoor evenement van Q- dance terug naar de GelreDome in Arnhem. Voor het doorgewinterde Q-dance-publiek doet Qlimax zijn naam alleen eer aan als het verrassend is en de verwachtingen overtreft. Voor deze 7e editie wordt de GelreDome weer onder gedoopt in de mystieke Qlimax sfeer, maar de innovaties moeten dit jaar de ervaring beter maken. 168
