Depends what u train and with who;)...fighting lessons or defense...or i don t know,dancing...I guess they are not that boring...but ennyway 3 times i think is enough on the week...for a goed condition and is healthy:D:D:D
I did kickboxing for more than 5 years, twice a week and i've stopped 2 years ago. I'm done with it but it was fun! :)
Now i only do fitness and this is fucking boring but necessary... :(
Yeah is true...is necessary for the condition...i do belive that kickboxing was allot of fun:D:D:D...

I realy enjoy fitness.
Try to break my record every (training)day.
More fat burning, more power, more weights, more excercises etc.

The exercices are boring. Running, biking and all these stuffs that you find in a fitness center are really boring compare to kickboxing or even another sport like handball or volley...I don't see the fun, sorry,not my stuff.I'm glad when it's over :lol:

Ah like that.
Mostly i train with a friend.
So we can motivate eachother or push eachother and do competitions and stuff.
Is way less boring.
I realy enjoy training, and besides that.
It's good for your health too :p

Haha. Girls enjoy swimming too, usually. Comes as no surprise. ;)

5 days a week if I can help it, as far as food, depends on what the goal is.

Cardio I don't count as training, I do that the 2 times a week when I don't lift.

I also don t count cardio as training...but with the food as long as i have no big goal i take it easy...i guess that is the most hard thing when u wanna do it serious...Chicken and Rice eveytime:(...i love a tasty soup...or sometime a big tasty:D:D:D

Whey is also really great for people (like me) who have cravings for sweets, especially with better tasting shakes, you can put a craving down no problem. ;)

Gotta say though, Rice and Chicken is one of my favourite meals, I can eat it for years.

As long as you're not fat, thats all which matters. :/ Not fat, and not a competetive swimmer, 'cause everyone knows male swimmers are all bummers.

Yep. It's awesome being fit here. ;) If I ever feel down, or have a bad day, all I have to do is walk outside. Instant gratification.

I don t think is wrong that peopil train for muscles...or womans get big bubs...is up to everybody...important is that u feel goed;)

My training is like this:

Cardio (bycicle)
Chest Press.
Pectoral.
Shoulder Press. (hate that one!)
Upper Back.
Abdominal Crunches.
Leg Press.
Leg Extension.
Pectoral.
Pulley.
Lower Back.
Cardio (like walking and shit)

After i'm done, i'll go upstairs for the loose weights.
And then i train upper back again (and more muscles in that area) biceps, chest, triceps, shoulders, and my six pack again with more weights with an excercise that is pretty effective.
And it hurts like hell!

The upper program (on my key) is about one hour or one and an half.
And upstairs i train about 1 hour or 3 hours.
Depending on how i feel.

Once a week usually. My legs days are brutal so I don't need more than that. Lunges and squats are the secret weapon.

I follow the Westside Barbell program. 4 days/week. 2 days legs, 2 days upper body. 1 day max, 1 day dynamic (light, fast). 320 max bench, 405 max squat, 505 max deadlift (pounds). The other 2 days I ride a cumulative ~60 miles on my bike (@ avg. ~22mph).

I eat about 200 grams of protein and 3,000 calories per day. 5 meals/day (3 real meals + 2 shakes).

It's pretty much indeed.

I'm not a big eater.
So i only eat when i'm hungry.
Most of the times i eat rice just before training (about an hour or one and an half hour before training of course).
I gained almost 10 KG in 4 months.
Pretty much for some one who has weight gain problems :lol:

Yes, im working 2 day's at the moment.
I have osteoporosis, so i couldn't work for about one and an half year.
I just started, and need to reintegrate.
So that's why it is only a few day's at the moment.
I made the deal with my boss for tueseday and thursday for work.
My training day's are monday, wednesday and friday :cheer:
I think 3 days in the week is enough for training for a good condition and is also good for the muscles to let them rest a little bit...

It depends.
I would make a whole week for training.
But it's not possible yet.
First of all, i need to work now, i have a new job finally.
Second, i need more excercises for a whole week.
The excercises i do now, i need way more for a whole week.
Let's say i have 2 excercises for my legs, but when i have more (like 5 or 6) i can do monday legs, tueseday the rest and stuff.
But it's cool how it is now.
And just like u said, u need your rest also.
Very important for the muscles.
You do not grow muscles in the gym, you grow muscles in your rest!

Mostly dutch.
But sometimes english.
I start with picking up orders with a van, and then i need to bring them to the people who ordered it :)
Let's just say im courier.
And sometimes there are english people on my route indeed.
