I think 3 days in the week is enough for training for a good condition and is also good for the muscles to let them rest a little bit...
It depends.
I would make a whole week for training.
But it's not possible yet.
First of all, i need to work now, i have a new job finally.
Second, i need more excercises for a whole week.
The excercises i do now, i need way more for a whole week.
Let's say i have 2 excercises for my legs, but when i have more (like 5 or 6) i can do monday legs, tueseday the rest and stuff.
But it's cool how it is now.
And just like u said, u need your rest also.
Very important for the muscles.
You do not grow muscles in the gym, you grow muscles in your rest!
