In de afgelopen maanden zijn er heel wat artiesten toegevoegd aan de line-up van het EXIT Festival. Het programma voor de Dance Arena is bijna compleet en bevat toppers als deadmau5, Paul Kalkbrenner en Steve Aoki. 5

Exit Fest is in 2011 gastheer voor meer dan 400 optredens op 20 podia, die worden verbonden door oude klinkerwegen, wallen en tunnels. Een wandeling door het mystieke fort is als een reis door een magisch wonderland. Met muziek van rock tot dance, indie, latino, reggae, electronica, chill out en regionale Balkan-muziek heeft het festival een enorme variatie aan verschillende muziekstijlen. Het uitgebreide aanbod van entertainment, het prachtige weer, de unieke atmosfeer en de lage prijzen zorgen voor een zeer gunstige prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. 12

Year after year the number of visitors is getting bigger; young people come from different parts of the country and Europe. Apart from quality music program that it offers, the festival is a place of wild fun, and you can enjoy the cool atmosphere of the fortress and the positive energy of the city.
From its humble beginnings as a student initiated project against the Milosivic regime, EXIT is now gaining international recognition and defining the new generation of young people in Serbia. It’s more than just a festival as it’s an opportunity for young people to stand up for what they believe in and do so in a creative and positive way - and above all else to party long and hard with thousands of like minded people.
EXIT takes place in the historic Petrovaradin Fortress, which is built high on the banks of the River Danube and offers stunning views over the city of Novi Sad. The ancient fortress site was originally occupied by the Romans, and re-built by the Austro Hungarian Empire to defend against the Turks in the 17th Century.

Festivalticket + Campingticket in de pocket hihaaaaaaaaaaaaaa 
Na Sonar, Monegros en Balatonsound lijkt me dit wel een erg goede optie voor deze zomer 
Hopelijk van't weekend tijd om te boeken!
Aan de ene kant kan een appartementje wel rlxt zijn, aan de andere kant denk ik dat je zo'n festival veel intensiever meemaakt als je op de camping staat!
Mischien anders nog een paar dagen Belgrado in een appartementje erachteraan, iemand ervaring met Belgrado?
Kan je daar na exit op de doordeweekse dagen ook nog flink stappen?
Hopelijk van't weekend tijd om te boeken!

Kan je daar na exit op de doordeweekse dagen ook nog flink stappen?
In Belgrado zal dat zeker geen probleem zijn, overigens in Novi Sad (locatie van EXIT) ook niet. Daarnaast zijn er best wat leuke toerist attracties overdag in Belgrado zoals Kalemegdan en uiteraard ook best goedkoop winkelen, 's avonds kan je er heel goed stappen, je kan gewoon een van de locals vragen waar je moet zijn en je zit goed.
Ik zou je echt adviseren om ook campingtickets te nemen, daar zijn overdag en 's avonds 2 stages (eentje met reggea en eentje met dance/club/enz) en de sfeer is echt prachtig.

Het lijkt er nu wel op dat we woensdag 6 juli 's ochtends naar Belgrado vliegen, snel door naar Exit: Daar 5 dagen PARTY en camperen, daarna nog 2 dagen Belgrado maar dan wel in een appartementje chillen

Het weekend ervoor is VOLT Festival in Hongarije. Het is een wat kleiner festival dan EXIT, maar wel met o.a. Paul Kalkbrenner, Sum 41, Crookers, Black Sun Empire, Joris Voorn, DJ Fresh, Pendulum, Moby, Asian Dub Foundation, Dub FX, Riva Starr, House Of Pain, Matrix & Futurebound, M.A.N.D.Y. en Scratch Perverts.
