Weekly Drum'N'Bass Junglistics!!!
In 2005, a group of like-minded, yet eclectic junglists in Amsterdam's redlight district came together to give birth to an intimate drum'n'bass party like no other. Fueled by the collective passion of its organisers, artists and fans, Cheeky Monday captured the hearts of local party people and quickly became an after-hours favourite in the Amsterdam nightlife scene. Patroned by colourful locals, tourists and ravers of all ages, mutually drawn to the party's relaxed atmosphere and friendly party vibes, Cheeky Monday soon progessed to be an international cult destination for diehard drum'n'bass fans and artists alike, and thus a stage for both the scene's heavy hitters and the beating heart of the international underground. Fast forwarding a few years, Cheeky Monday had completely surpassed the founders' expectations, breaking several records along the way, and had become an infamous, notorious stalwart of the global drum'n'bass community, repeatedly reinventing what could be done on a monday night, packed with ravers outright refusing to let the weekend end, nor the party stop, until the lights come on early Tuesday morning.
After 12 unforgettable years of bursting the seams of the Winston, the Cheeky Monday family are proud to announce that their beloved party is upgrading venue and relocating to the mighty Melkweg, excitedly beginning the next chapter of the great Cheeky phenomenon.
We invite you to join us on this rollercoaster as we embark to create legends new.

Known as 'your favourite drum'n'bass dj's favourite drum'n'bass dj', RANDALL is a powerhouse of the scene, whose name is an integral part of jungle history. Although Randall has been releasing records since 1994, he’s primarily a DJ rather than a producer. An acid house convert since 1987’s Notting Hill Carnival, he became a regular fixture on pirate station Centreforce and developed close links to Goldie, Andy C and the rest of the drum’n’bass establishment. Mixtapes – such as the Renegade Selector and Jungle Renegades series – became Randall’s calling cards, and he still releases music on his Stepback Sessions and Mac II labels to this day. A legend, a hero, a godfather and an inspiration to many, the Cheeky crew proudly invite RANDALL as our first guest at the Melkweg.
