HUNEE
He pretty much operates on his own terms, in his own world. Since a first release in 2009 he has been in no rush to make it big, but instead has slowly seeped out into the world his choice cuts of rhythmically playful and super-soul infused house music on labels like Rush Hour, Future Times and W.T. As a DJ, too, he is tireless and visibly enthusiastic at every gig. His selections are made with a palpable passion and cover a cultured cross section of essentials from house and disco to afro and techno. The music he serves up comes from a place of love and knowledge in equal measure - there are no cheap thrills with Hunee, just pure musical joy.
JOB JOBSE
Some people have no doubt about it: being a DJ is all they want to do. After learning the ropes at Amsterdam’s legendary club 11, Job Jobse began his adventure into electronic music with an internship at the renowned Innervisions label in Berlin. After moving back to Amsterdam to work as the booker of Trouw, things went uphill very fast. Job currently holds his own successful residency at the famous club – Drukpers, the first party ever held at the venue – and is also active as the label manager for the popular Life and Death label. With all Job has achieved so far and a current heavy touring schedule, including appearances spanning from Burning Man to Panorama Bar, one can only wonder where he will go next.
MR. MENDEL
Is a DJ who is exceptionally dedicated to his craft. Always in search of those special pieces of music to love. Driven by the philosophy of playing music because it moves you emotionally and physically and bringing that heartfelt music to the dance floor. The last two years Mr Mendel has been touring extensively through Europe and beyond. In the meantime he released edits on Lumberjacks in Hell, Disco Deviance and Basic Fingers, as well as curated the tropical playlist for 22tracks Amsterdam.
