Genic Agency is a booking agency and artist management firm that operates within the techno scene, with a particular focus on hard techno. Founded in 2022 by Micha van Manen and Renier Ruijs, two individuals who are passionate about the music industry and its potential, Genic Agency has established itself as a growing player within the industry.
The agency currently represents a roster of eight artists who show promising potential for success. Genic Agency's dedicated agents work closely with each artist to develop their unique sound and image, as well as secure high-profile opportunities and placements within the industry.
As a result of their dedication and focus on quality over quantity, Genic Agency's artists are gaining recognition both domestically and internationally. Micha van Manen and Renier Ruijs, the founders of Genic Agency, were already fans of the techno scene and had attended numerous parties before deciding to become more involved. They have been befriended with NYCO from youth, as they witnessed his career take off, they decided to help him with his professional contacts.
Through NYCO, they were introduced to other upcoming artists in the scene, and soon realized that there was a need for artist representation and management. Micha and Renier decided to make their passion a reality by officially introducing Genic Agency on November 4th, 2022. With the goal of supporting and promoting the best talent in the industry.
