Biografie
·Ironlung began listening to drum and bass in the tape pack era when he was only 13 years old, not long after catching the music bug he saved up to buy his first set of decks to try and break into the world of DNB. He became quickly interested in the production side of things as well as hosting local raves way before turning 18.
Radio shows soon called and Ironlung found himself playing a regular weekly show on one of the most established pirate stations in the early days of his career. He then started teaching his DJing skill at local youth centres as well as giving his time to local charity band nights as their sound engineer.
Ironlung has also run a successful DNB night in his hometown Gravesend for over 3 years, hosting the likes of MAJISTRATE, LOGAN D, MODIFIED MOTION, EKSMAN, HERBZIE, GUV and many more.
In the latest years of his career, Ironlung has grown in his production knowledge and now teaches his expertise to other aspiring artists. His talent behind the decks has taken him all around the UK and Europe; this includes UNIVERZ FESTIVAL, INVADERZ, CRITICALZ, MUTANT MADNESS in Belgium, JUMP UP WARRIORS in Paris, BAD HABITS in Slovakia, SWITCH in Vienna, NIGHT WOLVEZ in Latvia and BREAKIN SCIENCE, INNOVATION, WEST FEST, DEF:NTION, ONE NATION, LOGAN D AND MAJISTRATE'S BIRTHDAY BASH, EKSMAN'S BIRTHDAY BASH all in the UK.
In 2016 he launched his own digital record label CELL RECORDINGS which continues to grow from strength to strength, alongside his own mastering business.
Signed to labels such as;
Sweet Tooth, Dubz Audio, G13, Bio Beats, Digital Terror, Short Circuit, Dub Damage, Cre8 DnB, Digital 101, 3Flow, Good 4 Nothing and others.
