I would love to take you on a musical journey. I consider every set as a road to happiness. We'll fill this journey with sophisticated build-ups and stylish transitions to get that flow. So what are you waiting for?

I'm dedicated to sharing house music with influences of disco and funk. I see myself as a stylist who is compulsively focussed on the creation of harmonic blends and sophisticated build-ups to create a consistent vibe. I love to play tech house and deep house tracks with a warm rolling beat. I have a total weakness for good old disco and funk, so occasionally I still love to play disco (house).
Where it began
Music has always been around: Mixtapes at High school, classical study on the piano, self-made guitarist. Started spinning records in the late 80ties. First at private parties, later as a resident DJ at "Ons Caffeej" (Uden, the Netherlands). Performing in public bars, where he developed from a bar DJ to a club DJ, deeply connecting with house music. In the late 90ties and early 00s he played in several clubs in the Netherlands (Eindhoven, Arnhem) and Spain (Denia & Alicante).
D'YOR left the scene shortly. Since 2010, he has been active again, playing at festivals and venues like Fabriek Magnifique, ADE, Geheime Liefde, RETRO, BLSSD, PAKHUIS_15, 30 love, DisIsIbiza sessions and many private events like the SillyFox Rooftop parties. He shared stages with DJ's Marco Lys, René Amesz, Roog, Loud 'n Bright, Siege, Funkerman, Ferreck Dawn, Dave Leatherman, Kim Kaey and many more.
In 2018 D'YOR learned from D. Ramirez how to produce a proper tech house track. In 2020, he released his first track "Freshhh" which was supported by Roger Sanchez, ATFC and, of course, D. Ramirez himself. In 2021, he released the two tech house tracks "Burning" and "U Know". In '22 he had a big success with "Lose Control" which had some help from René van der Weijde aka Dave Leatherman. In '23 he released a lot of new music. 2024 started with two collabs: "Work it Out" with DJ Bruno Z and "Rhythm's all you Need" with Andrew Summer.
D'YOR is the founder of PRSSPLY events and organises high-quality intimate house-events. Like PAKHUIS_15, Koningskade and RETRO.
D'YOR is also the founder of PRSSPLY Records.
