Odette

She is the first professional trance female DJ born in syria and lived within the middle east and Gulf. She has an amazing talent and great passion for the music while she plays progressive trance and house, influenced by the great 'Above & Beyond' and 'ATB'.

Odette, became interested in music at an early age when she was attracted to various genres of old school and classics such as Mariah Carey and Michael Jackson. Later on she developed interest into Rock and Metal music and was inspired by "Within Temptation" and "H.I.M". By the late 90s, she gradually began to listen to Techno and Dance music. Later on she found her passion in Trance and House music.
At the age of 16, DJ Odette began pursuing her passion in digital mixing. She continued her higher education in English Literature, but her ultimate goal was to be a professional DJ became more persistent. In the journey of perusing her goal she flew to Amsterdam to learn DJing and Mixing. After that she returned back to Saudi Arabia she started her professional career

Growing up with a family of musicians, playing Oriental instruments and composing music for famous Arab legends leading her to pursue her passion in digital mixing as an ultimate goal to be a professional DJ became more persistent.
In Amsterdam she completed her course of DJing and Mixing. After that she returned back to Saudi Arabia and started her profession.

Recent work:
Her career become very active in the local and regional music community by Grooving nightclubs in Beirut, Damascus, Qatar and Bahrain
Further grew to host large-scale events in Saudi Arabia for many corporates such as Red Bull –Marc Jaco0bs, ted baker and many high brands fashion shows.
Performed live in the opening set of Aly&Fila and Chris Metcalfe who are producers of www.armadamusic.com/
and was the opening and closing act for the Hungarian Duo DJs, Muzzaik.
All above that, she has remarkable modeling portfolio for only the top photographers and producers in the Middle East.

Pioneering a vision to create electronic music production by following the paths of top DJ's such as Markus Schulz, Cosmic Gate, Armin Van Buuren, Super Tab, Aly & Fila, Gareth Emeryl, Mark Knight, Above & beyond, ATB, Tiesto, Mark sixma, Alex Morph,
to create a mixed spectrum of music tunes of oriental House & Trance in the Middle East.
