Hard Bass

The day we’ve all been waiting for is almost here. This Saturday, the GelreDome in Arnhem will again be transformed into a hard bass temple for 9 hours straight. As was previously announced, today’s best and biggest Hardstyle artists will be teamed up in four groups (known as Green, Blue, Yellow & Red) to create a surprising mix with a unique musical identity. Since everyone is now counting the days to the event, it’s time to bring you an update with the latest info!

In Hard Bass tradition, all of the acts will receive vocal support from MC DV8.

CD & Anthem
This year’s Hard Bass anthem will be composed by none other than Zany and The Beholder. The Hard Bass trailer had already featured an excerpt that prompted enthusiastic responses.
Naturally, the track will be played during the evening, and will also be included on the Hard Bass CD which will be released that night. Just like last year, this release will contain 4 CDs, mixed using the amazing talents of Crypsis, Wildstylez, Tatanka and Noisecontrollers
One artist has been specially selected from each team to be responsible for the CD mix representing their team’s colour.

Merchandise
Once again, a special line of merchandising products will be designed for this edition of Hard Bass. Be sure to check the b2s merchandise stand at the back of the venue for zippered sweatshirts, T-shirts and other b2s goodies!

b2s television

b2s radio
Hard Bass will be broadcast live via b2s radio. You can listen to the broadcast via the stream on the b2s website: https://partyflock.nl/order_ticket/161358. If you can’t make it to the event, be sure to tune in at home to b2s radio!

Times
Hard Bass will last from 22:00 to 7:00. Make sure you get to the GelreDome on time so you don’t miss a second of the show!

Lockers
Lockers will be available for hire at Hard Bass, and are located at the entrance to the GelreDome. These may be used to store jackets and bags. The deposit is € 5 and will be refunded to you upon return of the locker key. You will not have access to your locker during the event.

Smoking policy
On 1 July 2008, the smoking ban took effect in the Dutch hospitality industry. As an organisation, b2s is also required to comply with this policy. The GelreDome is a sports stadium where smoking is prohibited. Smoking is only permitted outdoors under the Eastern grandstand. A heated tent will be set up at this location to accommodate the smokers as much as possible.
Drugs
The organisation complies with the local policy enforced by the Arnhem Police. This is a zero-tolerance policy. Be careful what you bring with you; thorough searches will be performed under police supervision.

Cameras
(Digital single-lens reflex) photographic equipment is permitted for everyone. Non-professional video cameras are also permitted.

Identification
The minimum age is 18. In the event of doubt, a visitor may be asked to produce identification proving his or her age. Bring valid proof of identification with you so that you do not risk being refused entry on the basis of your age. Valid proof of identification includes a driving licence, valid passport, or (Dutch) identity card. Please bear in mind you may also be asked to present identification at the bar.

Parking
Various car parks will be open for the event which provide ample parking facilities for visitors. Follow the signs marked “Parkeren GelreDome”. For further information, please visit the website www.gelredome.nl

Public transportThe GelreDome is very easy to get to by public transport. If you are travelling by train, go to the Arnhem station, and continue by shuttle bus to the GelreDome. A round-trip ticket for the shuttle bus may be purchased from the bus driver for € 3.00. For the return trip on Sunday 7 February, the NS (Dutch Railways) will be running extra and longer trains:
