After an inspirational edition in São Paulo, we’re coming home to our beloved basement in Amsterdam on Sunday Feb 19. Have you marked your diary?
Returning from an extensive trip to Brazil with fresh energy and fresh records, we thought it would be wise to share some of that spirit with you. For our next congregation, Mendel will be taking care of the musical selections from start to finish, taking us on a sonic trip and navigating the array of sounds that characterize Ciranda. While our feet will be bouncing around Doka’s dancefloor, our minds, hearts and souls will travel to warm and joyful places much further afield.
At Ciranda we are trying to create an exciting yet comfortable space where everyone can feel free and let loose. Where we can meet and dance together, away from the conventions of daily life.
