BOLD MOVES
Bold Moves is an upcoming techno artist from Amsterdam that strives for a new level of musical freedom and creativity. His signature is melodic techno with a grimm twist. In Bold Moves’ opinion every track should be a journey of sound, a voyage that will take you to another dimension. Let Bold Moves be your astronaut, let him guide you through his soundscapes.
KAPIBARA
In the summer of 2012 a lost technician sends out an S.O.S. signal in the middle of the Amazone near the Rio Araguaia. Two rangers went to the rescue and saved the helpless man from this beautiful but hazardous environment. From that moment, Kapibara (Hystricomorpha) was born. After making sounds for a while , mostly without recording anything, they decided that it was time to take the nextstep and produce some tracks. In March 2013 their first projects were shown the light of day. Their sounds floats somewhere between deephouse and techno strongly influenced by wildlife and blended into their organic electronical tones. Feeling and emotion converged into a pallet of natural grooves, guided by drums that are deeply rooted in the Amazon wilderness. Over the course of the past two years the trio has spent a lot of time perfecting their amazon infusedjungle sounds in the studio which hans't gone unnoticed: after being aligned with Claydrum for a couple of years they decided it was time to spread their wings and became residents at the already infamous Labyrinth club in Antwerp earlier this year. Since then they've played in clubs like café d' Anvers, Forty Five, Labyrinth & Panama, Festivals like Solar, XO Outdoor & Laundry Day and shared stages with icons like Tale of Us, Solomun and Joris Voorn. Always leaving the crowd in a state of infinite high or deeper consciousness. In 2015 they already dropped several gems like their Tuatara EP on Dear Deer Records and the earlier Arapaima EP on Labyrinth music. With lots of promissing things in the pipeline Kapibara is definitely one of those names you want to keep your eyes on.
ANSELME
His love for music started at very young age and after a while he got aquainted with all kinds of different types of electronic music. In 2011 he went to his first underground party where he was sold immediately to the relics of house music. After some years of visiting house party’s on a weekly base he then got the urge to pursue a DJ career himself and started to master the tricks of the trade. His love for house is very diverse and he reflects this variaton in his sets by melting a broad spectre ofstyles into a coherent whole. Having house as his main influence, techno isn’t totally out of his scope, which makes him an adaptable DJ if requested by the crowd. Anselme not only stands for diverse house music, he also combines the modern CDJ technologies with his analog passion for vinyl. Be prepared to go on a musical journey!
