NOXX wordt IKON en verhoogd minimumleeftijd naar 21

IKON kondigt zich aan als een nieuw revolutionair nightlife project dat veel meer moet worden dan de zoveelste nachtclub. IKON is een eventlocatie die elk weekend weer jongeren het beste van de elektronische muziek wil voorschotelen. Geen gure nachtclub, geen ouderwetse discotheek, maar een multifunctionele event space waar er plaats moet zijn voor alles en iedereen.
After being a trending item the last couple of weeks, the day is finally coming. IKON Antwerp opens its doors, a brand new event space with a wide range of international artists and concepts on the billing.
Diversity’ is the keyword. IKON does not want to profile itself in one genre or one type of event. Everything is possible. IKON will only program A-level artist, ranging from Techno to Hip-Hop, from Deep-house to Trapmusic.
For our official opening event we tend to reach an overall crowd. Therefore we have invited 2 of nowadays most popular dance producers
CLAPTONE : This Berlin based producer/deejay describes his sound as a piece of art, a blend of magical mystery and muted melancholy. The last year Claptone was responsible for a huge load of hits reaching the top of worldwide dance charts, including his biggest one yet: "No Eyes”. His shamanistic sonic powers and beguiling sounds take him all over the world. It is time to conquer Antwerp…

LOST FREQUENCIES: Growing up in a Belgian musical family was the perfect playground for Felix de Laet to become one of Belgium’s most talented producers. His influences from hip hop, jazz to drum and bass have created the perfect mix for some of last Summer’s most popular sounds. „Are you with me” reached the top of the charts worldwide, including number 1 position in almost entire Europe and United Kingdom. IKON is proud to have this Belgian talent as a master of ceremony on the opening event.
Both will be teamed up with BOLIER and BASTIN, a night filled with quality house music. Let’s become one with the music. Let’s become an IKON.
