GREG OLEKSEVIC
Greg started DJing in 1999.
His first residencies were in 2002 in Starowka and his university’s affiliated student club, both in Cieszyn city. That same year, he set up his own booking agency for electronic music called PLUR Music Promotions.
Through the agency he began to promote more and more artists and getting his own personal vision out into the clubs of southern Poland and soon had his own special crowd. In 2002 and 2003, he began to co-operate with other booking agencies to try to corner the market and get his music out to general public, while retaining a unique sound.
After being offered the opportunity to promote the biggest ever open air party for electronic music in Tychy
called GIN TONIC, the electronic music cliche really opened up for Greg and leading on from that, he went on to host a residency in Pretekst club in Tychy. This set the stage for Greg crowning achievement to date. He succeeded in getting his music onto the main stage @ Club Kanty - one of the most important clubs in Poland for electronic music in December 2003 at ‘The Meeting of the Best Polish DJs’, performing a main stage set.
He built on his success and new found popularity, and was resident in several others clubs and did guest sets at many festivals in Poland throughout 2004. Like the way most people start off playing electronic music
in Ireland, Greg played where the people were: open air rave parties, house parties and wherever else was
available when you aren’t well known yet. But things began to change............
Within the Polish community Greg began to make his name known. He opened at ‘Polished’ opening night at the Turks Head in Temple Bar (new life). He was invited by John Gibbons from Spin 103.8 to Project ‘DOM’, the first big project for the Polish community in Ireland with big other Polish names on the line up, supported by 4FunTv (main clubbing channel in Poland) at The Vaults. He was subsequently invited by Brian Taaffe to Project Revolution in which he supported Dave The Drummer and Lucca.
From 2005-2007 Greg had residencies in many venues:
- CIRCLE and Electro Mint at Karma (with Dr Smile)
- INTEGRATION at Spirit
- Revolution and DOM at The Vaults (with Brian
Taaffe and John Gibbons)
- Frazers Basement – Circle
- Ocean Café – Basspressure (with Gabi Kardos)
- BBL – a well known Polish party place in south
Dublin
- Since 2007 Greg has been known as a DJ by his full name Greg Oleksevic, promoting a vibrant party
scene amongst the Polish community, introducing DJs like, Dr. Smile (house), Gabi Kardos (electro/techno), Adriano K – (minimal / electro) to PLUR Music Promotion Collective.
In 2007/8 PLUR Music Promotion Collective through the stewardship of Greg Oleksevic branched out and
created ISI (Irish Party Service) for Polish in Ireland, (www.isi.fora.pl).
Greg himself headlined at many gigs throughout the country. He played also in Northern Ireland, Germany
andregularly back in Poland where he maintained his grass roots.
He had 2 tours IRL vs PL, in October- November 2007 with Brian Taaffe, and April-May 2008 as a solo headliner.
At present, in partnership with his brother Adam (DJ Lesar), another accomplished DJ back home in Poland, they are concentrating on a new project with 2 DJs playing on 4 decks called GA Compound

BLACK MOTIF
It all started with a show on the radio called Dancetrax, when Mike knews he wanted to play electronic dance music. When he was 16 he bought his
first record player and vinyl records and a little dj career started. With homemade tapes of radioshows he tried to find those records with that specific sound he likes.
Detroit, Techno, House and club, you can find it all in his record Collection.
Changing to a digital music period also Mike made his change to cd’s, but the love and touch of vinyl never dissapears.
Working for a local radio station, and taking a sound engeneering course in his hometown his interest in producing music started.
This year 2011 Mike started producing under the name ‘Black Motif’.
After years of producing just loops and playing music as a DJ in Holland and Asia under the name Mike Lano it is time to bring his own songs into the world.
Black Motif ‘maybe’ stands for deep house, but with all the styles he played in those years you never know where a song is going to end. With a mix of deephouse, techouse and progressive influences Black Motif is going to release his first EP’s this year.
Working on new projects this will be a melodious year, and expect fresh new tunes to be released in the near future.

MARLON G
Mariusz Gromski a.k.a. Marlon G was born in Jaworzno, in the South East of Poland. His fascination for electronic music began in 2003. Around that time he started to follow the newest techno tunes of that moment, which he heard every month in music Club Kanty in Jaworzno as well. Since then his goal in life was music and to become a DJ.
In 2007, Mariusz moved to the Netherlands where he found fulfillment of his dream; he bought his first equipment and records. Because of his selective behaviour in buying records he created his own style of techno. An irregular style. In his mixes you can hear a blend of tech-house, minimal techno and techno.
In 2009, he was standing in the front of an audience for the first time, in INQbator (INQ), Katowice. Since that time he played more regularly in Poland and the Netherlands. From 2010 he organised events in the Netherlands (Holographic Sound). In 2011 he collaborated with the new Wave Blender Soundsystem and played on a few of their parties. In October 2011 Wave Blender included Marlon to their soundsystem.
