CAMEA :
Camea was born and raised in the Seattle music scene as a pianist and lover of all genres of music. In her youth she studied both classical and jazz theory as well as dance, and spent a lot of time playing in bands. Later in her teens she fell into the Seattle grunge and rock trends, but her lifestyle quickly changed when she discovered electronic music and bought turntables in 1999. After spending a few years perusing local record stores, Camea began to collect labels like Perlon, Playhouse and Minus. This eventually led her to the artistically thriving city of Brooklyn, NY, where she moved in 2002, immediately immersing herself in the city’s music scene. Brooklyn’s intense artistic environment became a magical time for her, as this is where she discovered an abundance of new music and met Ambivalent, Alexi Delano, Tim Xavier, and Tony Rohr and spawned Clink Recordings, launching her career as an International DJ by 2005. Soon after her tour schedule became worldwide, and two years later she relocated to Berlin where she resides today.
DJing has stayed the forefront of Camea's passion but she has also moved her interests into the studio. She released her first solo EP in 2006 and has achieved a discography of original work and/or remixes featured on labels like Bpitch Control, Minus, Clink, Soma, and Get Physical. In 2011 she became the first female producer to ever put music on Richie Hawtin’s Plus 8 label, which featured her remix on Ambivalent’s “Jackson” EP. During this time she also released her first compilation on her imprint titled, Clinkology. Soon after in 2012 arrived her first solo release on Bpitch Control.
As a DJ, Camea’s house/techno hybrid sound has secured her a regular tour schedule around the world. She is a passionate performer and her sound is best described as Seattle cool meets Brooklyn edge meets Berlin chic, and she blends her more traditional musician roots with modern melodic concepts and groovy percussion. Her tracks have topped sales and DJ charts on many occasions, and she has been center stage at many of the world’s hottest clubs and festivals. Since her relocation to Berlin in 2007 Camea has become one of the handful of women from America to make it to the International stage for her genre.

THOMAS MULLER:
Here's his biography made by himself :
"I grew up in the 9th district of paris in pigalle. there i got in touch early with the dazzling nightlife scene around my neighborhood. but let us start in the beginning...
in the 1996s i listened to a lot of hip hop. especially the new york stuff like wu-tang clan, a tribe called quest and stuff like that as well as outkast. in 1997 when i was just fifteen the prodigy album „fat of the land“ with their hit „smack my bitch up“ was released. i listened to it three years later...like to almost everything. there are many albums i discovered which came out just a little bit too early for me.
„consumed“ plastikman changed my mind. since then i listened to every single piece of electronic music. pole 1,2,3, alexander kowalski, squarepusher, josh wink, jeff mills, laurent garnier and many more. there is a big mess of artist names on my myspace site that influenced me. still, i have kept the "sense of silence concept" from plastikman for many years in my deck.
i think my deepest influences come from the period of 1999 to 2004. like mr. oizo's "analog worms attack" in 1999.
in the summer of 2001 i experience my first club scene shock. i started using programs like propellerhead and ableton 2 and the korg er1 drum machine. this was the second big change in my mind. in 2002 i decided to go to ibiza with some friends and i discovered the happy punch techno of carl cox and the worldwide hugest smoke machine. during the same time i started to listen to drum'n bass music. mainly to roni size. i like dum'n bass because it mixes my taste of hiphop together with techno. i still listen to it from time to time.
finally in 2003 i decided to seriously produce music. i started off with two close friends of mine: okain and paul ritch. in 2005/2006 i became a sound engineer and on the 30th june of 2006 we were at the legendary "dimuschi" party in paris. live with my friends okain and paul ritch.
in may 2007 i moved to berlin. ich bin ein berliner. from there on it was only a short time till the 18th of february 2008 when i became an official bpitch control artist with signing my exclusive contract and releasing my first ep „ride on“(BPC168). now i am on the road!!!"
