When digging into the history of electronic dance music, you'll discover that many subgenres have been passing by, either to stay for a while and to go away, or either to last forever.
A wide variety of slow or fast music is available nowadays, and everyone will listen to something suitable to his or her taste. But if people should point out the godfathers of the contemporary electronic music scene, the one that will be most likely chosen by alot of people is techno. We, made a journey throughout alot of different
styles, and in the end we all came to the same conclusion: nothing beats the love for techno. And with that in mind we felt a need to do something about it. Although techno is really popular in the Belgian underground, there's no real answer for the need of techno in Limburg, the place of our residence. Technoïd would be the name of our collective and we only have one purpose: expanding and sharing our knowledge about our love for techno music.
