When drum and bass music properly landed on Belgian grounds, it captured them like it did with many others. Enchanted by its vibes, Meddik used his every last dime and started spinning vinyl records with a passion. At the same time a young Toxidelic was already perfecting his skills with only one goal in mind: making every dancefloor rumble and explode!
After separately gaining more and more notoriety through some of the country's most prestigious Dj-contests and biggest raves, both souls found each other and decided to team-up. Two great forces in bass-music where now united to create one badass cocktail called M&T.
The fresh Meddik & Toxidelic blend soon attracted the attention of many big promoters and landed them spots at major bass-gatherings such as Tomorrowland, Star Warz VS Daily Dubstep, Outlookfestival, Springtimefestival, Breakdown, Laundry Day, Dissonant, Afro Latino, etc … where they shared decks with big players like Netsky, Andy C, Camo & Krooked, Dj Hype, Roni Size, Goldie, LTJ Bukem, Grooverider, ShyFX, Delta Heavy, Wilkinson, Sigma, Icicle, TC and many more.
Besides igniting dancefloors themselves, they also grant opportunities for others to do so. As fellow organisers of the very successful Belgian drum and bass concepts ICED and M&T invite, they welcomed numerous international artists. As a result, each edition was sold-out in only a matter of weeks.
It's very safe to say that these guys know their way around the decks and the organisational drawing board. They will be responsible for many more rave-casualties to follow, because the bass is what brought them together and so it will unite you!
