Last week we announced our first release on Scantraxx, called ride with uz. Yesterday
there has been decided not to release this record. We would like to give a short
explanation on why this has been decided.
Ride with uz has been made in the period we were joining our past record label. We
have made this track in our studio in Amsterdam, and the owners from that label
joined in to our studio now and then because of the great fun we used to had.
When we had the idea for the lyrics in ride with uz they knew someone to do the
lyrics for our track, and ride with uz was born.
Because we left that label after the summer, which we had very good reasons for,
the owners wanted their names on this release. From what we understand because
of their friend doing the vocals. We didn't had a good feeling about this, but
decided to do as they asked after we discussed this. The record would be released
in the way they wanted.
However, at the day this record would go to press, their demands changed in a
way that there was no possibillity left to release the record in a fair and positive way.
Legally there is nothing that stands this release in its way, but because of all the
negative energy around this track backstage we decided not to release Ride with uz.
We will let the people decide who they think is the artist from this track, and start off
evolutionz with a brandnew record, which we are busy on right now! smile.gif
Because allready a lot of people have this track, we doubt this track will stay of the net.
In that way, everybody who wants to play this track, or want it in collection
will get it soon enough.
