ROLLÀN

The young and passionate ROLLÀN is an upcoming artist, who's main focus is singing and rapping. Besides singing and rapping, he is also a songwriter and writer of his French, English, Lingala and Dutch lyrics. The beats on which he performs differ from hiphop, edm, pop, experimental and a lot of other genres. Most of the time you will hear a combination of those genres.
As the owner of a recording studio at the age of 18, with not a lot of money left, he had no choice but to be his own audio engineer (recording and mixing). So when it comes to the recording and mixing process, he also contributes.

All these influences in terms of languages and music genres have to do with the fact that his mother was born in Congo (spoken language – French and Lingala) but raised him in the Netherlands (spoken language – Dutch). As we all know the Netherlands is a multicultural country and therefore it's quite obvious that he grew up with friends of many nationalities. As a result, he and his friends started to mix a lot of different languages and also developed love for many different music genres and cultures.

ROLLÀN likes to show that he is of all trades. He does this mainly by, in addition to his primary focus, bringing out short videos of social experiments and pranks. His goal with the social experiments is to get people to think about certain things in life. His goal with the pranks is basically to get out of his own comfort zone, have fun and make people laugh.

Because of these various factors the rising artist ROLLÀN distinguishes himself and always trying to surprise his viewers. In short, a true entertainer.
