Since the start in 2007, Party on Monday has been thé club night out on Mondays in Amsterdam.
15 years later, this club night is still one of the most popular in the country and has an appeal far beyond the country's borders.
The ingredients for this evening always consisted of a good dose of feel-good music, a casual atmosphere and a colorful collection of party peeps.
From the start, soulful & afro house predominated and in the basement Resident Full-scale caused a furore with his feel-good R&B and Hip Hop.
The move to a new location (the Odeon) -which often would be considered a death blow for any club concept- could not stop POM. Headliner, and music lover to the core; Deejay Manie, took over the resident baton and ensured that POM firmly held its position in the nightlife scene. It eventually took a global pandemic to slow us down, much to the sorrow of many.
BUT PARTY ON MONDAY WOULDN'T BE PARTY ON MONDAY if we didn't plan for a great come back!
