Dance your own dance. You are invited to experiment with movement, express yourself and play. The music takes us on a magical journey.
In the beautiful deep belly of our pirate ship, we can find a safe and intimate space for moments of freedom and joy through movement.
★ Ecstatic Dance Guidelines
1. No talking
2. No drugs/alcohol
3. Dance however you wish
4. Respect yourself and one another
★ COVID19 Measures
1. Stay home if you have mild cold-like symptoms (sore throat, runny nose, sneezing, a mild cough or fever 38 degreesC) - we'll have more dance sessions later!
2. Dancers are split in two groups, 30 upstairs and 30 downstairs - first come first serve basis
3. To avoid crowding, please bring as little things (bags, coats, clothes) as possible!
4. Only one person at a time in toilet and changing rooms
5. Bring your own water bottle.
6. Physical contact permitted during dancing! Ecstatic Dance is a contactsport
7. Please respect those who wish to maintain 1,5m distance during the dance
8. No group singing/shouting
9. Disinfectants are available.
10. Sauna and Hot-tub will remain closed.
