Dancing in times of COVID19:
The general rule in society at the moment is: 1.5 meter distance. We also would like to keep that as the basis.
We are blessed that we have the possibility to get together. We have been given the exception to the rule. Use this privilege wisely.

It is explained in the protocols for sport and dance you can have a dance partner if it is essential to the dance.
The intention of this exception on the 1.5 meter rule should not be explained like: we can dance in contact with as many people as we like and hug everyone.
The basic rule is 1.5 meter distance and there are privileges for us dancers. We should be thoughtful and careful with this privilege as it can easily be taken away.
We also have to be thoughtful about the rules of the venue.
Please find a way to be thoughtful and careful. Limit your partner dance to 1 or 2 partners.
We realize it is a weird and sad situation. And we are sorry that it is this way.
To keep this privilege we have to be careful .


Before and after the dance we keep 1.5 meter distance, as described in the COVID19 regulations.


We are only allowed to host our workshop if we honour the guidelines of RIVM and the venue. We also honour the protocols of NOCNSF

- Stay home if you have flu-like symptoms
-To avoid clutter we ask you to bring as little items and bags as possible. There are lockers at the venue, they cost 2 euro to use.
- Bring your own water bottle or tea bottle
- Contact dancing is permitted, only if this is necessary. It is also advised to keep contact to a minimum or to have just one dance or sports partner for the session.
