A selection of 80 artists is made from nearly 500 submissions, from 17 different countries. They will compete against each other in the largest and most prominent contest the Benelux has to offer.
Five participants will compete against each other between 16:00 and 20:30, to secure a place for the semi finals.
This may be the beginning of that big dream. The ultimate goal is ultimately the grand final and to win that coveted jury prize. Who can call himself TWSTd DJ Contest winner 2016 after a year of heavy preliminaries and give a kickstart to his or her DJ career?

Prizes of the TWSTd DJ Contest are aimed to guide DJ talent to a professional career.
The jury prize winner of the contest will win a producers course at the SAE Institute Netherlands in Amsterdam worth € 1700, - euro!

To help the winner become a good producer, our partner Ableton gives a Ableton Suite 9 package worth 699,- euro.
Besides that both the jury and the audience award winner will receive a headphone from Urbanears and a year-long administration/accounting from Money Guys worth € 1100, - euro, per person. A place in the roster of TWSTd Bookings.
Besides that, several gigs at the biggest festivals and club nights the Netherlands has to offer to definitively establish their name in the scene.
