Bristol native Hodge first began to make waves as dubstep was splintering and evolving to create hybrid forms of house & techno music around the turn of the decade.
A duo of E.P.s released on Peverelist's Punch Drunk Music really got heads turning in 2013, great slabs of bass and beats that fired dancefloors across Europe. These two records were soon followed with further well received releases on quality labels such as Livity Sound, Hotline Recordings, Tempa, Hemlock Recordings and Berceuse Heroique.

Across Hodge's productions and DJ sets you hear the collision of UK dance music heritage with the gritty machine thump of underground techno. Notoriously thick Bristol basslines are set against skippy garage rhythms, nods to hardcore and old school jungle whilst maintaining a distinctly banging techno disposition of the Berlin variety.
This will be Hodge's first show in Amsterdam and we're proud to have him on our decks, reflecting the Sub:terrein vibe of creating exciting new forms from elements of the old: electic underground dance music for the heads, heart and hips.
