This time, 50% of the profits will go to the Amen Break gesture, a gofundme set up to support (what's left of) The Winston Brothers, who recorded Amen Brother, a song which had its eponymous breakbeat sampled in thousands of songs worldwide.
Over 30 years later, the duo has never received any royalties from the use of the drum loop. After BBC's short documentary, it was discovered the drummer has actually died homeless in 2005.
