It's been a huge three years for Canadian Ryan Hemsworth since he exploded onto the Toronto scene. The young producer cum remixer cum DJ has frantically been pumping out reworks of big names like Grimes, Frank Ocean, Future and Rhye alongside producing tracks for rising rap talents Main Attrakionz, Shady Blaze and Deniro Farrar, and serving up eclectic mixes for FactMag, FADER, Truants and most recently, Diplo & Friends. His recent EP Still Awake showcases Hemsworth's unique sonic explorations into uncharted hip hop and R&B worlds.
Support is done by Kami Kapnobatai, one of the rare acts signed to Munchi's Selegna Records. His approach of electronic music does have some references of moombahton, but it's deeply hidden under layers of ambient beats.
