I Love Techno is still keeping an eye on the past, the present and the future. Underworld are a living piece of techno and dance music history. Dave Clarke is mister I Love Techno. Bloody Beetroots, Boys Noize and Vitalic are the most important scene players of the moment. Of course, there is room for new tendencies, since we also welcome dubstep and balearic to I Love Techno. Underworld have called off their remaining eleven tour dates in Europe due to sickness.
Following the cancellation of their third and final performance at the Roundhouse in London last Friday, yesterday the duo of Karl Hyde and Rick Smith issued the following statement on Underwordlive.com:
"It is with great regret that we have had to pull out of the European leg of the current Underworld tour due to severe illness in the band. More details will follow, but in the meantime, we appreciate your patience and understanding."
While the statement did not identify which band member was ill, Dutch ticketing organisation Mojo reported that the cancellation was due to Smith's ongoing pneumonia condition. The affected gigs include appearances at Belgium's I Love Techno festival, the Cocoon Club in Frankfurt as well as the Electronic Beats festivals in Bratislava and Prague.

Als er dit jaar maar een dikke afsluiter komt,want die was vorig jaar toch ver te zoeken!
hmmm nu de line-up compleet is zit ik te twijfelen of ik wel ga... diegene die wel gaan viel spass!!

mmmm line up is idd btj matig (vooral 15 jaars bestaan) mja opzicht wel tevreden mee aangezien het tog ILT is tog ma gaan( met zware tegenzin)

Matig... Zal me prima vermaken in Green en Red, maar dit is echt zeer niks vergeleken met voorgaande jaren.
Dit jaar voor de 3e keer, heb er zin in!! Yellow Green en orange room is toch wel het leukst

als ik zou gaan, dan zou ik een bezoek brengen aan de rode en gele room.. enige wat me een beetje aantrekt.. zo'n live act van the bloody is wel leuk om een keer mee te maken denk? teren ze nog op cornelius/awesome/dimmakmunication en public enemy of is the bloody beetroots crew 77 een heel ander iets?

4e maal ILT maar toch echt de slechtste line up van alle 15 de edities, denk dat dit mijn laatste jaar word
Deze lineup is volslagen belachelijk voor een feest dat 1) I love TECHNO heet 2) 50e kost.

Hoopte op een degelijke lineup, met wat dikke technonamen, en wat melodieuzere, experimentelere acts (Holden, Apparat), zoals een paar x is voorgekomen laatste 5 jaar. Het lijkt finaal mis gegaan te zijn bij de organisatie
