Backdraft

On February 12th more than 5000 people are expected to come together from all over Western Europe to the Zénith for this never before seen event in France, a unique occasion to (re)live the rave experience and to (re)discover hardcore.

This event is already shaking up the electronic music world, who is not used to witnessing an event of this magnitude, especially in the “techno-hardcore“ genre. This project is both ambitious and audacious : to revive the traditions of an old-school rave party and to offer the public an event of the highest calibre with the top artists from both the French and International hardcore scenes.

Such is the bet by the Test crew, organizers of the event. And what a paradoxical name for this crew as this is far from their first event. In the past 5 years, Test has put together over 70 events full of enthusiasm, with a superior quality of artists and professionalism second to none, bringing together over 50,000 people in just a few years.

Rivaling the most famous events from our European friends, (Mayday, I love Techno, Masters of Hardcore...) on Feburary 12th Backdraft will bring together the best from the hardcore hexagon with Radium, Fantom, Speedyqs, and live PA's by Fast Forward and Révision 1.1. And the bet doesn't stop there... because Backdraft is also the only rendez-vous for all the old school hardcore lovers out there. Bringing together the original Godfathers of hardcore (from 15 years ago.) The Speed Freak (Germany), Randy (Italy) and Lenny Dee 🇺🇸 will also be a part of the party with their special sets full of insane speed & emotion.

Another long awaited moment will be the battle between Radium, spearhead of the French hardcore scene and Lenny Dee, the master of the genre : a worldwide first in the history of hardcore. A special added dimension of Backdraft will be it's festive ambiance. Featuring gigantic cutting edge decorations and installations by Thomas Canto, Globulz (Holland) and Scatt that will transform the Zenith de Nancy into an immense metallic heart beating and changing according to the artists whims.

Finally the visuals will be put together by the artists Urbrain, Neologos, Frances-K (Italy) and the Energumènes collective. Which will bring the visual stimulation of the public to it's explosive climax.

Voor slechts 50 euro (incl. entree ticket) kun je met een busreis naar dit nu al legendarische feest.
De organisatie hiervan is in handen van 2-dance travel. De busreizen van 2-dance hebben zich in Nederland al vele malen bewezen, komend jaar gaan zij zich nog meer richten op reizen naar buitenlandse feesten.
