vanwege de toename van ontevreden early - liefhebbers,en om het earlyhardcore/oldskool forum een beetje schoon te houden.

hier kan alles geplaatst worden,van verschrikkelijk voorspelbare hitjesparade`s tot het gevloek en getier als je voor de zoveelste x een xtc love raveworld of bad dreams voorbij heb horen komen.

er zal nog veel meer zijn waar over geklaagd moet worden dus barst maar los.

en nou maar hopen dat de dj`s die hier te spraken komen er wat mee doen.8)

Inderdaad ja, is beter dan die DJ`s die hoog boven het publiek staan.
In zo`n boilerroom kan je als dj echt goed de vibe van het publiek voelen en daar op inspelen, en dat voel je niet zo goed als je 10 meter boven het publiek hangt. :lol:

“Have no fear to fail…

I’ve always been able to express my passion, experimenting with music.
In the studio, I’ve enjoyed the freedom and space to explore fresh new ideas, experiment with music in creative new ways and do whatever felt right and comfortable for me at the time. Because of this musical freedom, I’ve been a part of the dawn of hardcore and 10 years later, the rise of hardstyle.

Hardcore and Hardstyle will always flow through my veins, that will never change.

However, I can’t overcome the feeling that after 35 years, I have been in constant service of the harder styles. In a way, Hardcore and Hardstyle is like a relationship to me.
Whenever I try something different or slower in the studio, I can’t help but feel guilty, almost as if I was cheating on that relationship.
As an artist, I’ve come to realise that I shouldn’t feel guilty about exploring new ideas.
I long for the creative freedom that I used to experience every day at the beginning of my career.

So, after 35 years it’s time for a new creative journey.
I would love to share what this new path would look like, but I’m afraid it’s something that I first have to feel, discover and experience myself.
For now, I don’t have a new name, act, or logo, so that’s not what this is about.

This new chapter in my life is all about experiencing artistic freedom again.
A new creative and musical adventure set out to create something new, whatever this may turnout to be.

Embracing the struggles will do me good, it will teach me how to move forward.
Undoubtedly, I will encounter many challenges along the way, but I am absolutely sure that if I keep an open mind and allow myself to see the beauty around me, it will open me up to many great possibilities and new experiences.

I would lovingly like to thank each and every one of you that has been a part of my journey through Hardcore and Hardstyle, my fans, colleague’s, friends, relations, critics, everyone.

Together we’ve made Hardcore and Hardstyle to what it is today, and I am sincerely grateful for that. Without you I would never have become the person I am today, proud, happy and fulfilled.

Klinkt meer als een soort excuusbrief om dat hij iets anders dan hardstyle wil maken en bang is voor de reacties.
Hij begrijpt niet dat je dat gewoon moet doen, maak een album met alles wat je lekker vind zonder te denken aan de reacties van andere.
Een goeie SCHOK kan de hardstyle scene wel gebruiken. :lol:

Ja, in een podcast gaf hij al aan deze kant op te gaan.

Ik vind het te prijzen dat hij iets anders gaat doen. Hardstyle ligt creatief gezien al jaren op z'n gat. Produceren van dit soort tracks deed hij met een ghost producer. Iemand die het allemaal afmaakt, zodat hij alleen de basis hoeft te leggen.

Meer producers zouden creativiteit voorop moeten zetten. Maar, goed, het zijn vaak 'slaves of the money' en aandachthoeren..

Qua richting. Het zal wel techno met hardstyle invloeden worden of zoiets.
