His DJ style is rooted in preparation and storytelling, as he explains. “Every two weeks I usually download around 150 to 200 tracks and start experimenting, mixing them together to find the best transitions. I love creating a real journey in my sets, full of ups and downs.”

For OMAKS, it’s about striking a balance between variety and signature sound. Reverse bass, acid touches, and catchy vocals remain his hallmarks. “When all three are in there, that’s when people instantly know it’s me,” he says.

The heart wants what the heart wants. And it wants hardcore! Nightshift drops his second EP on The Third Movement, showing his true colors. This man sold his heart to big, scary beats many decades ago. And with that, he gives us the Heart Core EP. Built for pulsating dancefloors, the title track delivers millennium vibes, translated into the here and now with unrivalled ferocity. The digital B-side contains Old Enough, where Nightshift once again shows his love for the oldschool. Essential release!
