Im moving to Holland soon and unfortunately I need to stay in Amsterdam area (Hoorn) but after my last ride round Holland I know the best place to stay for me is area next to Den Haag... really beautifull place

i don't think it's the main problem.It's not more expensive than other cities in Europe but the problem is that the wages are pretty low

in any case Amsterdam i don't like it so much because there's full of italian people and is pretty caotic.
Rotterdam: i was there once, but i didn't like it so much, don't know why, maybe it's a city too big for me.
Utrecht also i don't like, but i was there just for a cuple of hours.
