Rumenige & Loktibrada
Rumenige & Loktibrada (Bratislava, Slovakia) have been professional dj's since 1994. They used to be U.Club residents in 1994-2003 hosting dj/live guests like Regis, Jeff Mills and many others. Loktibrada started his own production in 1998 on his label Olga+Jozef Antidandruff, Numb and PVC. Rumenige produced mainly for Numb. These techno purists implemented offbeat rhythm tracks to their dj sets which soon became their trademark. After the EP "Petrzalka"on Tresor Records (tre204) most of western Europe discovered their music.
Live:Grovskopa
Born (1982) and raised in Malmoe, Sweden Mika "Grovskopa" Hallbäck is one of the most exciting and innovative young dj/producers to arrive on the techno scene in the recent years. Along with his musical partner Archae, Grovskopa formed Emergence Records in 2001 as an outlet for their first release. In 2006 Grovskopa widened his playgound and started Pohjola Records . A label that quickly became known for its 1990s techno romanticism. Taking influences from diverse areas of music and the visual arts to act as an aid to his creativity, subsequent releases have stayed true to his ideal.
Live:Radial
Early 2006 Jeroen Liebregts & Laurens van der Starre aka BoyConstrictor started collaboration project "Radial". Jeroen had already released on labels such as Submissions, LK-rec and his own imprint Audio Assault an sublabel Arms, and Laurens got some good response in the release of his debute track "Destroy Erasse Improve" on Glenn Wilson's Templ8R imprint. The Radial project received huge support right from the start. Their music dot signed by the infamous Slavakian labels Numb and PVC, and the tracks are being played by top jocks suchs as Adam Beyer, Surgeon and Rumenige & Loktibrada.
Bas Mooy
During the decade Rotterdam home-based dj/producer Bas Mooy (1976) has been active on many fronts in the global techno-scene. In 2002 he started the well respected label Audio Assault which resulted in the birth of sublabel Arms in 2003. In 2006 he kickstarted Syndikaat, a recordlabel and bookingsagency, representing many of today's ((inter)national topjocks. Over the years Bas has been releasing tracks on labels such as Planet Rhythm, Submissions, Patterns, Temper, Audio Assault & Arms, solo as well as in coöperation with partners in crime Vincent de Wit or Charlton (as "Diabla Diezco").
Charlton
Charlton started his dj career in 1999. Inspired by producers like Slobadan, Surgeon, Regis en Headroom, he started to produce his own music in the year 2001. After finishing his 'Electronic Music Production' study he started producing for his live PA. His first live performance took place in 2004. Since then he's been exploring that side of technomusic and became a newborn talent in Holland. Where his slamming Livesets will take you from pounding 4x4 to dark offbeat rhythms, filled with nasty razorsharp acid basslines, his dj-sets will take you from old Jeff Mills tunes to Oscar Mulero beats and everything in between.
Room 2: Perry & Boris Ross
Waterfront cafe will be hosted Strictly Techno frontman Perry and "Luxaflex" labelboss Boris Ross. They will bring you todays finest minimal & techno tunes
