Sorry but all the trance i've listened to these last years is pure commercial shit. So maybe you can say i haven't listenend to the right one... If wanna talk to me about trance's track, talk about Art of Trance, Union Jack, Humate, Poltergheist, Hardfloor and all the Platipus records, Harthouse records or Eye Q records...
Uitspraak van verwijderd op zondag 19 februari 2006 om 02:11:hard techno
so why do use that word??? it sounds like a german word for "trance"!
"hard techno" was not enough, you had to find your own word??? Arrrf!!! Germans...
I'm listening to Kellerkinder, a liveset found on a "German" website (
), i have no idea of who is he but it's quite good actually
And i was wondering... In Germany, do you call "trance" "hard techno"???

Uitspraak van verwijderd op zondag 19 februari 2006 om 02:35:well,for some german ppl Paul Van Dyk is techno
but,I think that Chris Liebing is the men who gave the name "schranz" for hard techno
You should think of Techno more as the people such as Carl Cox, Sven Väth and Valentino Kazyani. This is the easy listening techno.
HardTechno is the more uptempo and full of bass variant of the techno sound. You should categorize Chris Liebing, DJ Rush and Gayle San.
Schranz (TechCore) is the hardest variant and is played bye most techno DJ'z, but it is an underground stream. Tony Slicer, Frank Kvitta, Amok (though lately he's been suckin at parties
If you want to hear some hard and great schranz, I suggest you should pick a party with names of which you have never heard before. They have something to prove and they are wicked.
FYI: It's not true that german trance is called techno. Trance in germany is called Goa-Trance (and it sucks
Uitspraak van French connection op zondag 19 februari 2006 om 02:06:What the hell is what you call Schranz then??
Lost quote, read this

Uitspraak van French connection op vrijdag 17 februari 2006 om 22:03:I don't like Schranz anymore, it sounds too commercialBut it used to be good... in that days: Paul van dik, Kid Paul, Sven vath were pretty good...
Those days???
Schranz wasn't even alive that day. Sven Väth, Kid paul were the techno (easy sound) prodigies.

Allright, i've seen him a couple of time, we call his style "hard techno"
Uitspraak van verwijderd op zondag 19 februari 2006 om 15:18:syco...I'm 200% in all what i said here...and,it's true that for german ppl Paul Van Dyk is techno
Well i'm not saying he is not Techno, he does play techno in his sets, but that is like more like the Sven Väth kind of techno.
This post is more aimed at the Schranz scene like Sven Wittekind. Paul van Dijk is not even near the sound im aiming at

Yes, he is hardtechno
Uitspraak van verwijderd op dinsdag 14 februari 2006 om 04:38:i play a lot of music by these artists in my sets. too bad i usually only play them for myself since kansas city just doesn't understand hard techno.
hehe, Frickin Hillbillies
