Ok maybe a kinda moany topic, but hey, why not

What really pisses you off at raves?

I hate all those people that try and act like they're big tough guys, the ones that just look at you as if you're scum...or if you're smiling they look at you as if you're wierd for being happy. What the f**k is up with that?

Ahh.. this is a good topic.. Afetr reading everyones posts. I have to agree with all, but the ones that stick out to me are. The drunk people who cant dance.. who end up dacing on your feet, or who keep bumping into while they attempt to dance. The guys who dance with their shirts off. I think everyone at the event is hot.. while dancing. Keep Your Shirts On!! and finally the price of drinks. Thank you, I'm done.

Expensive Drinks!!! it is not the price of the fdrinks that piss me off its the way the price is hidden behind tokens which you have to que for its bad enough having to que once to buy a fuckin drink ,but NO thats not enough we gotta fuckin que twice just so they can hide the real price of the drink as if we are all retarded and can not work out the price,this nearly stopped me coming to Holland for raves completely haha but other GOOD things helped compensate me a forgive your promoters for this abuse of our loyalties

Security hasseling people and asking them to empty their pockets in the middle of the dancefloor, being checked one time at the door is enough!

We use the tokens, so that we don't have (long) ques at the bar.

The people on the other side of the bar don't have to return any change. There's also no possibility of people that lie to get extra change (say they payed with a 20 euro instead of 10).

You only have to stand once (or twice) in a que, at the bars you get helped quickly.

The only bad thing about it is that sometimes you still have tokens when the party ends. Organisations should let you use the same tokens at their other parties (they used to let us do that)

true, i've known a few people who did that once.

Another idea which i've seen in some places, is to hand out a sort of card at the entrance with lots of little blocks on it with different € values.

Each time you buy a drink the barman/woman puts a hole through some of the little blocks, when you leave you hand in your ticket and they count the values with holes in it. Then you pay the price.

The only problem though is if you lose your card, you have to pay the full price of the card.

yes, and that is often the case in big festivals you also have to wait a long time to get a drink... i hate it.

I hate it when you are at a big rave and i just got something to drink for me and my friends so i walk back with some beers and then a total strangers takes one and runs away. And i agree to most of the things already said.

They do that In England too. Alot of people drop their bags and jackets on the floor.

And they will look angry if you accidently step on a bag or coat

hmmm, i don't know, i can see what's good about it, but these guys are just jumping around without any rythym. There's nothing wrong with letting go and just getting crazy on the dancefloor, but you need to know how to control the out-of-controlness
