Chart-topping singles and festival-rocking productions can sum up Arem Ozguc's blossoming EDM career for the time being.
Growing up with the company of a classical music composer/conductor father and an actor mother, Arem Ozguc had no other option but to be involved in music. He was born in Indiana/USA in 1990. His first interactions with music started in 1996, as he started to take classical piano lessons. With the help of his older brother, Arem Ozguc began to mingle with electronic music and by the time he was 15, he had already made his mind on becoming a prominent Music Producer / DJ.
During his electronic music journey, Arem kept an open mind and developed his own taste in music by listening to every EDM genre out there. Having built a pretty good knowledge about the industry, Arem Ozguc decided to produce his own tracks by the age of 17. Within a few years, Arem Ozguc became a trademark with his producing and djing skills. In 2013, he became the youngest producer to be chosen as the ''Artist of the Week'' in Frisky Radio / New York.
2013 came with Arem's long-awaited shift to bigroom EDM. He hit the scene with his first release "Then She Found Me" and hit number 46 on Beatport. Then, his collaboration with Dave Emanuel "Surprise" got signed to Ferry Corsten's Flashover Recordings which drew massive supports from the likes of Ferry Corsten, Fedde Le Grand and Tritonal. This release also entered the Beatport Top 100. After such significant releases, it was inevitable for him to draw Hardwell's attention to his music. His track "Breaking Back" got championed by the No.1 DJ of the year Hardwell and American stars PeaceTreaty in numerous occasions.
For the remainder of this year and in 2015, Arem Ozguc has already lined up up massive singles and heavyweight collaborations under his belt. Make sure to keep an eye on this thrilling young man.
