Stephen Van Nijnatten, born on October the 22nd, 1992. Started his career at the age of sixteen playing at local parties and festivals under the name of 'Bass System'. Due to the great local popularity of his artistname, he was booked several times in Highstreet as Bass System. Since November 2011, he is a known resident DJ in Highstreet together with Mark with a K.

In 2012 he went solo under the name 'AKYRA' Since then he started producing more and more. His song called 'Beatswitch' was featured on the Reverze 2012 Compilation! Now he is spinning his records at all different kind of parties and festivals: Reverze, The Qontinent, Sunset Festival, MWAK Forever Young, Hommel, I love 2 Party, ...
